21.01.2022 Depending on your natural energy stores, the body can have very different energy experiences from day to day. I would describe drinking LOV Maté as enhancing our natural energy rhythms rather than sending our bodies into overdrive and peaking and crashing or running on adrenaline aka flight or fight response. 18.01.2022 Just 4 months after launching LOV Maté I became a mama of twin girls. Nothing has ever pushed and expanded me more than those early months and years, and it was clear this product that I had created was there to support me though the long days and sleepless night. I had been dreaming and creating LOV Maté for two years before Luna and Aura’s arrival, and while they meant that I had a LOT less time to create, somehow it just flowed. ... I could never have dreamed just how much this business would grow and expand me all while being deep in the vortex of motherhood. Becoming a mama started a fire in me. My purpose became clearer and vision stronger and somehow, despite the sleep deprivation I manage to create something really special. 15.01.2022 It took over a year for us to source a Yerba Matè extract for LOV Matè that met our quality requirements. When you are mixing herbs for a specific purpose, not just any will do. You need to actually be able to feel the effects of the herbs. ... Yerba Matè extract is made from the leaves of the yerba Matè plant. The dried leaves are made into tea and then the water is removed leaving a fine, water soluble powder. 3 kilos of dried Yerba Matè leaves are needed to make 1 x 120g bag of LOV Matè!
