25.01.2022 Lets go Greek - At Home: Serving Kleftiko, the easiest roast lamb ever. As promised here is the first recipe suggestion for your Sunday Greek Festival at home.... Helen from Mumma's Country Kitchen, demonstrated this recipe at the festival last year. We were all surprised as to how simple it was to prepare and how wonderful it tasted. When you open the lamb parcel a complete meal emerges on the plate. Tender lamb and fragrant potatoes and carrots. I am about to call my friends to come over..... my mouth is watering already.
