25.01.2022 Sardines, fennel, sultanas, pangrattato for crunch with our house made fresh pasta using @wholegrain_milling incredible flour. A little Sicily in Sydney on the specials!

19.01.2022 It might be a little chilly in Sydney town tonight but a sure sign spring is definitely on the way is the re-emergence of zucchini flowers. Here paired with royal red prawns and green chilli harissa.

18.01.2022 Recreating and recapturing favourite travel memories is one of the small pleasures of this strange time. This recreates the carciofi all giudia found throughout Rome but best eaten in the Jewish ghetto. While we’re all feeling antsy and house bound at the moment our tastebuds can still travel. 17.01.2022 The heaven of our own house cured little fishies. These sardines are from Australian supplier Keith Kerr, house cured under salt - these numbers are day 64. Served on blood orange and finished with organic don’t panic olive oil from Buccia Nera @buccianera imported by yours truly.

16.01.2022 Love Supreme’s idea of marking time - at 9 o’clock is organic don’t panic strawberry sorbet, at 12 o’clock is Valrhona 40% childhood dream gelato, at 3 o’clock is Iggy’s croissant gelato (hard to improve on Iggy’s perfection but we can only try) and lucky last at 6 o’clock is my favourite passionfruit gelato. A day we’ll spent.....

13.01.2022 Red or dead - talking pizza not politics on a fri night....This Italian flag of a pizza has Meredith goat’s curd, woodfired capsicum, organic don’t panic baby spinach and red hot chilli & extra chilli flakes to your heart’s content.

11.01.2022 The stunning Buccia Nera showing us the way. Just in time for father’s day their ‘naked wine’ arrives at Love Supreme. The photos bookending the vino are from this time last year right on harvest time when the hospitality, beauty and sheer quality of the experience was incredibly invigorating. Now it is sustaining us through this time-without-travel. And still through it all we have your incredible wines. Grazie @buccianera

Always organic, often single vineyard, we focus on the small producers. Lots of ‘naked’ wine this time round, low sulphites, some lovely soft drops from amphora

07.01.2022 The favourite of children and the young at heart is our milk chocolate Valrhona gelato. Even the so-called sophisticated dark chocolate lovers polish this off with a look that says the cat’a got the cream. In the 2nd shot our ‘model’ is holding the bag slightly awkwardly trying to disguise unauthorized opening.....

06.01.2022 Loved by children and our young at heart the Valrhona 40% milk chocolate gelato has even the dark chocolate so-called sophisticates smiling like the cat that’s got the cream. It’s not normal....

05.01.2022 Happiness all round with @iggysbread_downunder croissants in the house. They’re incredible as is but when soaked (see next shot) and added like a bread & butter pudding to gelato they are stratospheric. Oh & the other gelato is that old thing - organic don’t panic strawberry gelato with Valrohna chocolate pearls. You can’t see our ‘model’s’ face but she is smiling ear to ear.
