06.01.2022 Yes, this is me! Getting ready for my own healing session today. Time to find what emotions I have unconsciously decided to attach to my spine and my resistance to let it go. And of course found, released and healed. Our bodies are always trying to communicate with us. In this busy life, the challenge is quietening the mind to listen, feel and heal. Love Love Love that I get to help facilitate this process also for people.
