Cover only your area of expertise - and your following will fill with people who need your business expertise's. After speaking with them, I know that ALL of their services have the ability to seriously change lives and allow relief from a common problem.. So why aren't people who need them contacting them?... Here's the thing. CLARITY. People don’t buy the best products; they buy the products they can understand the fastest and have access to on Facebook (where 85% of your customers scroll) When was the last time you looked at your Facebook page from a customers prospective? Here are a few tips to see if your Business page offers clarity and book now options. When your audience comes in contact with your offer or services, is it CLEAR that it's for them? Is it CLEAR you can solve their problem? Is it CLEAR that you are *the one* for them? As a Marketing Strategist, my best advice for someone who is having trouble filling seats in their customers chair or booking out their diary with paying clients; is to take a hard, objective look and ask yourself the important questions: Are you speaking in your customers language or in your "expert" language? Are you clearly sharing the result your audience will achieve from services? Does the result you are promising speak to your audience's core issue? If you’re jumping into Facebook groups and giving top tip posts on a whole bunch of stuff that’s outside of your Zone of Genius everyone’s going to be confused.sure they will be grateful for all the value that you’re adding- but they’re not going to know what it is that you specialise in so be really consistent in the messaging that you’re putting out there. 2 Be Focused You need to stay in your Zone. Stay in your own lane, focus on what it is that you do best (what gets you outta bed everyday). That means, really focusing in on what you do best. Even if a client says to you, Oh, could you help me with this? And you have the urge to say, Well. . . yeah, I could, it’s much easier in the early days of our business to get pulled into those traps and to follow the client, follow the money but if you’re actually going to get to fully booked it’s really important that you stay focused (away from the trap of helping everyone who asked) and be clear about what it is that you do. 3Be Consistently Visible This is going to look different for different people because people have their own type of trades they are involved in . Some are fabulously visible all the time, consistently. In the offline world they might attend lots of networking events and that may be their way of actually making contacts and content -that’s totally fine...Just share your journey doing it. . . Online For me, I actually like to have a balance of both. 4Show Social Proof You need to actually show some social proof, because when your clients have down time (or there adding some scroll time ) who are they going to come across if your not being social?? Not you . Whether that’s case studies, testimonials, photos of you working with clients, or go one better and have a room full of clients , but having that social proof and sharing that in the places where your audience is looking for you is a really great way to make them feel included = boost your client numbers and help you to get to that fully booked status I can take your business to the next level, while you focus on you and your clients. Because not everybody has the time to be on social media advertising themselves
