08.01.2022 We've made some changes to our Low and Slow Smoking Classes for 2021. Our classes are now a mixture of demonstrative and hands-on. We will now talk about a variety of meats (not just 1 type) and you'll get to make your own sides, rubs and sauce.... We've changed the time to 3pm-6pm so everyone can enjoy that gorgeous sundown period over the vineyard. You also now have the option of staying for the meal at the end or having it boxed up to take home for dinner. Classes commence on January 2nd 2021.
