07.01.2022 We all do different things to evoke a reaction out of our bodies, our senses, our emotions. It might be a coffee first thing in the morning as a habitual ritual to wake up, or it might a bath late at night to quieten the senses and the mind before bed, perhaps it’s listening to songs from your teenage years to make you swing around your bedroom singing at the tops of your lungs doing dodgy dances and smiling to make you smile from ear to ear..... the latter could be just me .... I’m a huge believer of the power of essential oils on your body and mind. We have a vaporiser in our home and it’s always on the go. I use different oils or blends depending on what reaction I want, calming, soothing, energising, cleansing, balancing, for focus, I could go on and on. I would fully recommend investing in a vapouriser, it’s so wonderful to pop it on and pop out to the shops to return to your home and be greeted by a wonderful and inviting scent.
