25.01.2022 What comes through these spaces of connectedness ~ is unlike any magic I have ever experienced before I’m still trying to find the words... I guess some ...things ~ words can not explain. Some things are to be clearly and potently felt. And words just don’t do it justice. This was the best entrance in to a year I have ever had in my life. No words feel enough to explain the gratitude, blessing, HONOUR it feels to have been intimately apart of making this festival a reality for our Sunshine Coast Community and beyond! ~ to all places our ripples of love, expansion and compassion travel to! Thank you so much Brett Gadennet & Domenic Fusca for your courage, tenacity and devotion to get this happening and for trusting me/believing in me to work by your side! Thank you to the whole team at Thrive, Mask events and reef-check, for all the hard work that was put into creating, what was for many of us ~ the best NYE we have ever had. Thank you everyone that helped me to put the intention packs/seeds together to hand out to the 700 people, who received native QLD tree and plant seeds to plant with intention on NYD! Thank you so much to Derek from Earthlove Global for donating the !! And to all the leaders that assisted in the ceremony. Thank you to the two incredibly talented musicians that supported me in co-creating the most heart felt, expansive, emotive, powerful and wonderful spaces I have ever hosted. Together, with you both, this would not have been what it was, thank you so much ~Josh Lovegrove & Music of Manoa! And to all who were there and also co~created this experience with us, with your open hearts, willingness, energy and intention ~ wow!! One of the things that I could see that made this experience so powerful was ~ acknowledgement. When we acknowledge somebody, with love, kindness and appreciation, we turn on a light switch for them... that maybe... potentially... that person/s can’t quite see. Maybe they’ve been looking for it and weren’t sure where to find it. When we find that switch, the whole world lights up. We can see, more clearly, what is the truth for us. And in this place, we remember that we are not alone. And we can see why we were all put on this planet, together. To elevate eachother. Connection really is the most important thing in the world. Don’t ever let anyone take away your freedom. My words for this year ~ Devotion, Consistency & Embodiment. .... so more of #ArtofConnection I am guessing ~ because this work, is what I am devoted to. This work here, is the embodiment of what is at the core of my heart. And what I do believe, is at the core of every single being on this planets, heart. Heart centered connection. Thank you all for the most THRIVING beginning to a year, I’ve ever had in my life. I feel things lifting... more and more and more... May the veil continue to lift for all, as we step further into living a life with more purpose, joy, love, freedom and connectedness. Happy 2021. I choose to not disassociate. From being the antidote to This inner + outer climate crisis. And start with this breath, in how I choose to communicate. I am me and I am interested in this. 23.01.2022 #tourtalk - Last night at @theblackmarket.albion was such a huge, magical time Today I am filled with so much gratitude for everyone who came to support my music and allowed me to share so much of what has been on my heart this past year. The last few months I have been shying away from performing my music, as it truly connects me to parts of myself that are still healing, and dealing with all that the universe has allowed me to hold.... So with every new day, I can feel myself stepping forward, and I am truly blessed to be held by such a beautiful community of friends, and strangers alike, coming together in trust and open expression. A huge thank you to @rheannaleschke and @thisnewlightmusic for@sharing the stage. To @jhproductionsaus for doing stage and sound production, and again to @theblackmarket.albion for allowing us the space to perform. Live! at the Baptist f...eaturing Josh Lovegrove, Aiden Bradley and Jarrad Wrigely was scheduled for Saturday 19 September at 7.00 pm. We hope that ticket holders will understand the situation and know that we will look to announce a new date for the show when the time is right. 17.01.2022 This week is 100% about mental and physical revitilisation. I had a lapse last week, and found myself without the capacity to dictate my headspace. As much as I could, I was staying busy by creating tasks for myself, in the past a sense of purpose and progress was generally the fix. However, in the still moments I was tormented with thoughts of loneliness, self doubt, and instability. Wading through these waves of mentality, created some perspective for more that I could do t...o create more alignment and awareness within myself. So this week, I have taken five full days to replenish, nourishing my mind and body with nature and fitness, taking my time to step back into my creativity and flow, so that I can offer this world the most ignited version of my being. Mental health is such a universal presence, and we should be brave enough to undertake, share and be supported in the struggles. #mentalhealthmatters #community # See more

05.01.2022 Sometimes it’s hard to see through the mask when you’re looking from a close distance. We create masks to ensure a sense of safety when we are outside the comfort zone. It is nothing to be ashamed of, though it is absolutely something to be aware of. The last few days have felt out of character, I found myself hiding in plain sight. Seeking old habits, to create continuity in the external view of my life. It is an acknowledgement that I hate to make in hindsight. The ups and downs are a part of life, they exist to create perspective and polarity. I used to feat them, now I try to embrace them. @dizziesonfire
