You have the volume up full but still still hard to hear calls, in most cases no your not going deaf, simply over time dust/dirt can build up and block the dust filter to the earpiece speaker and top microphone, reducing sound volume and quality over time. As gradual, may not notice happening until becomes very hard to hear. In most cases a quick clean is all that’s needed, when screen replaced new filters are fitted as part of screen so cures most sound issues for no extra at the same time.
