25.01.2022 We’re expecting! Ha! Got you didn’t I... our arrival is of the furry kind now as you know Charles rules the roost here and so i dropped a line to Zoe @therealdognanny who suggested some treats to start warming Charles up to the idea of a fur sibling... and to make the transition a bit smoother for him, fair to say he is loving it! Thanks the @therealdognanny and @petgreens for some innovative intervention! Though, I’m still figuring out the intervention I’ll need t...o get it past my husband... @troyapthorpe . . . . . #marriedlovelee #loveleeceremonies #melbournemarriagecelebrant #morningtonpeninsulacelebrant #baysidecelebrant #gippslandcelebrant #yarravalleycelebrant #dandenongscelebrant #funcelebrant #havingwaytoomuchfun See more

24.01.2022 Now offering Baptisms....
24.01.2022 When being socially distant wasn’t even a thing... I never want to cramp your style during your ceremony or get in the photographers way either, so I stay out of the way! ... There are some bits we get close for, during vows and signing etc, but other than that, it’s just you 2 which is exactly what Maddie and Tim had in mind. Thanks @tiziamayphotography for this
24.01.2022 Thanks Lucy for the reminder
23.01.2022 Family matters! Are you a blended or come from a blended or becoming a blended, all good, I am a blended too, and I came from a blended. Occasionally there is anxiety attached to Co-ordinating blended families into your wedding. ... Not everyone’s experience is a Brady one, and that’s really ok and very normal. Working through your family situation and how to manage it on your wedding day can be complex and at times stressful, but it needn’t be. By having really open communication when we are at the planning stage of your ceremony can go a long way to alleviating any stress or anxiety and from there we can workshop what role, if any, you want your family to play in your ceremony. Keeping conversations honest, open and having those sometimes tricky conversations early on in the piece will be the best way to overcome an overbearing step mum, or staying out of way Step Dad. Finding ways to make your ceremony inclusive for blended families is not hard when you keep an open mind and are honest with each other, your Family and your Celebrant. Or you can just elope... . . . . . #marriedlovelee #loveleeceremonies #melbournemarriagecelebrant #morningtonpeninsulacelebrant #baysidecelebrant #gippslandcelebrant #yarravalleycelebrant #dandenongscelebrant #funcelebrant #havingwaytoomuchfun
23.01.2022 Laugh out loud It’s the only way to laugh isnt it? Well no, you can chortle, snort, cackle, snigger, but anyway you laugh during your ceremony is totally fine by me. @bonniepixandflix
22.01.2022 Laugh out loud! Personalizing your ceremony is one of my great loves when it comes to putting together your ceremony. The laughs aren’t always what I am saying but what you’re saying... as was the case here when Mr C declared he would promise to love Mrs C as much as he loves Marcus Bontempelli....
22.01.2022 Navigating dans roadmap is tricky for upcoming weddings! While I get some clarification just hang on to your plans...
22.01.2022 Oooh la laaah Mr and Mrs Anthony sharing a loved up moment after their beachside legals only ceremony yesterday. One of the things I AM LOVING about legals and micro ceremonies is the intimacy of the moment. ... To be privy to sharing such an special moment between these 2 lovers as they shared their vows in the sand was just divine... . . . . . #marriedlovelee #loveleeceremonies #melbournemarriagecelebrant #elopementceremony #legalsonlywithlove #morningtonpeninsulacelebrant #baysidecelebrant #gippslandcelebrant #yarravalleycelebrant #dandenongscelebrant #funcelebrant #havingwaytoomuchfun
21.01.2022 Heart break Words just don’t cut it this week. My heart is breaking for all couples over the agonizing decisions they are faced with at the moment. The entire outlook has been turned upside down again and for many couples having weddings in the next few months the choices are tough ones. Celebrants are confused, venues are scratching their heads, vendors are crossing everything that we get some clear guidelines to enable us to work with you to create something wonderful! ... My advice to my couples is talk to each other and talk to your vendors, keep an open mind and be realistic about what expectations you have so as not to be disappointed if things have to change. Stay in touch and stay in love lovers... . . . . . #marriedlovelee #loveleeceremonies #melbournemarriagecelebrant #morningtonpeninsulacelebrant #baysidecelebrant #gippslandcelebrant #yarravalleycelebrant #dandenongscelebrant #funcelebrant #havingwaytoomuchfun

19.01.2022 Blow wave saved my mojo... yep ok ... Last week was a very average week, yet some might say Um lee get some perspective ?!? and I agree. It’s the rut I had to sit in for a bit and feel all the feels and then it was time to shut the f#@k up and get up. Organically, maybe I was getting there, and then a few things happened... some kind and realistic words were shared, 1st step, a small vent to another kind sets of ears 2nd step, and then a very lovely person said what are you doing tomorrow, come and have your hair done, 3rd step. Before we all start thinking well thats not really essential is it lee? And I would agree it’s not, but then maybe it was. Just like that, I had purpose, I put on some lippy, I sprayed Dior, I exchanged ugg boots for adidas, I coordinated my face mask, and got fresh hair. Yay for you Lee! Like really? And I say, yeh, really. After a week of gloom, dreary, ho hum feelings, there was light, and it all started with a blow wave. I don’t wear glum well, it’s just not my color. We all know its ok to be not ok, but it’s acknowledging yourself that you’re not ok, and then finding the right action. I’m fine to fill my own cup, but sometimes its ok to let someone else pour. Kindness counts, and while that kind gesture might mean so little to you, to someone it makes their day a little more bearable, and might just be the foot up the A that they need. Or you’ll just have great hair... #bekind #itsokaynottobeokay #allinthistogether @goshhairberwick

17.01.2022 Right now, I should be brown as a berry, nails fresh and bright, making huge choices like which perfume to buy duty free, my hubby should be moaning at me about how much my suitcase weighs, we should be exchanging excited affectionate conversation while we have a cheeky preboarding sip. But we are not, we are waking up in cold Melbourne. We are turning the heater up, sorting out Saturday domestic duties, exchanging diluted conversation about where we should be having breakfa...st. Every year we check out for a week and bit to a little nook called Amed in Bali, we reconnect, refresh, chill out and escape the worst of winter. My version of disappointment wouldn’t even hit the sides of how much disappointment couples postponing their wedding would have felt waking up on their wedding date knowing it’s not going to happen. And I’m in no way comparing my cancelled holiday to the magnitude of your postponed wedding. Geez lee where are you going with this? My point is this... your feelings exist are real. Don’t down play them and let them be known. Talk out loud to someone who gets it. You’re entitled to feel them and they are 100% valid. Some couples have been planning, saving for, counting days the days for more than a year, and for reasons beyond your control, it simply won’t happen. For some couples this has disrupted plans of starting a family, living house, changing jobs, the flow on effect is apparent. Be there for each other, if you’re part of a bridal party, check on your crew. Acknowledge how crappy this situation, because it really is, and if you need more support get it. One day soon, you’ll get married and I’ll be back in Amed. Have faith and stay in love lovers... I’ll be having a mai tai tonight, wearing bikinis over my lounge wear, drop in a comment and tell me how did you acknowledge the passing of a significant date, wedding, holiday, birthday? . . . . . #marriedlovelee #loveleeceremonies #melbournemarriagecelebrant #morningtonpeninsulacelebrant #baysidecelebrant #gippslandcelebrant #yarravalleycelebrant #dandenongscelebrant #funcelebrant #havingwaytoomuchfun
17.01.2022 Jessie Jack ... I’ll set it up for you... All good to go on a sensational grassy knoll on the family property, Jessie would walk down to her husband to be and we would marry them overlooking the pond where they had spent hours of days together over the years. sounds epic doesn’t it??? Yeh well torrential rain, thunder and lightening had other plans, so we did the skinny version ceremony on the grassy (getting muddy) knoll and then the party started in the clear roof m...arquee where guests grazed, sipped and partied the stormy night away happy anniversary lovers. x x x . . . . . #marriedlovelee #loveleeceremonies #melbournemarriagecelebrant #morningtonpeninsulacelebrant #baysidecelebrant #gippslandcelebrant #yarravalleycelebrant #dandenongscelebrant #funcelebrant #havingwaytoomuchfun @ Melbourne, Victoria, Australia See more
16.01.2022 For photographers/videographers who get all the good bits look no further... 2 amazing creatives who live and breathe this stuff... loved working with them to get Danielle and Chris hitched!
16.01.2022 Danielle, you are the first person I want to see in the morning, and the last at night Chris had us all brushing away the tearies with his heartfelt vows to his stunning Bride. A truely gorgeous couple who can complete each others sentences, not in the eye rolling way, in the way that reminds us that the universe has a way of knowing exactly where we should be. Wishing these 2 souls mates a very happy first anniversary. xo... 14.01.2022 Shoe on the other foot... Today is my wedding anniversary, and I’m talking about my marriage... This is my second marriage.... I love the notion of marriage, I love being married, being a wife and having a husband. Troy and I can fight like cat and dog. We are both sorry sayers. Marriage wasn’t really important to my husband. We didn’t write our own vows. We wished we had eloped. I didn’t change my name. Troy refuses to wear a wedding ring (which really annoys me!) We have endured things in our short marriage that many won’t endure in their lifetime. Every time I marry a couple, Troy takes me to dinner and we toast the couple. We are very independent in our marriage, not needing to be in each other’s pocket, but always making time for each other, well at least 20 minutes... We have date night. Troy is my best friend but not my go to for everything. He’s a fixer not a feeler. My marriage is not perfect. But its not about perfection, it’s about being real, a bit rough around the edges, a bit wonky and unfinished, something like a constantly evolving project that you’re in love with most times and working on it at other times. It’s drives you nuts as much as it provides the comfort and respite. This husband and I put up with a lot from each other, both good and bad, knowing that everybit is worth it when Monday night date night comes around and it’s our feet on the couch, and two people just being chill for a minute. Like I said my marriage is not perfect, but it’s mine and I love it. . . . . . #marriedlovelee #loveleeceremonies #melbournemarriagecelebrant #morningtonpeninsulacelebrant #baysidecelebrant #gippslandcelebrant #yarravalleycelebrant #dandenongscelebrant #funcelebrant #havingwaytoomuchfun

07.01.2022 10 plus me, photographer & videographer... what are we bloody waiting for.. The only thing we can be grateful for living in Melbourne at the moment, is how spoilt we are for choice when it comes to beautiful outdoor places. Our amazing beaches, parks, Mountain ranges and gardens leave us wondering what it might look like to have an effortless wedding. ... Micro weddings serve the purpose of keeping it stress free, not everyone wants the big wedding, and if that’s you, we are perfectly positioned to get you married, fussfree, budget friendly, and just as you want it to be. x x x
06.01.2022 ONE WEEK TODAY The chilly day didn’t get in the way of Sheridan and Paul celebrating their marriage last Saturday in a gorgeous country hall in regional Vic. Surrounded by their family and friends, their intimate celebration created a cozy vibe. A live stream allowed the ceremony to be shared with guests that couldn’t attend. ... To postpone their wedding wasn’t something that Paul and Sheridan wanted to do, and although some guests numbers were altered, these 2 were determined to get married no matter what. So many couples plans have been up ended, and whatever the decision you land at involves sacrifice and compromise. Sheridan and Paul have no worries now as they enjoy a scaled down version of their honeymoon... end of the day, love wasn’t cancelled xo

03.01.2022 And just like that goodbye Autumn... usually my fave season for weddings, sadly this year things were different, oh well... can’t have rainbows without rain...
03.01.2022 Who says you can’t have it all! Catch ups are now back on and I’m loving being able to get back out and about. BUT, we can also zoom and have a coffee or froffie. Times are changing and so too are how we do things. When we schedule a catch up let me know what works best for your circumstances and we can work it out. ... See you soon!
02.01.2022 The light bulb moment this was it for me, My husband and I were at someone’s else’s wedding have a grand old time! This is us talking to the Groom Ric, just after his ceremony and he was on top of the world, we all were. And I thought, I want to be part of that, I want to be the reason people feel like that! And so this was the actual moment in time, I said to Troy, I’m going to become a celebrant! Becoming a celebrant was something I’d mulled over every now and again, bu...t time or something or rather got in the way as happens in life. Having the gift of the gab, I’ve always been comfortable speaking out loud, and I’d MC’d a couple of wedding s for friends over the years, so I had the know how. Fast forward 5 years and now I am the one who gets to make couples feel as awesome as Ric did after his wedding. And every time I marry a couple, usually as I watch them mingle after their ceremony, I acknowledge that moment for them and for me, just as a reminder, that I get as much of a kick out of marrying amazing humans as they do, but maybe a tiny bit more for me. It’s pretty great, I think I’m the lucky one. .
