23.01.2022 Care Packs have been heading out to lots of people lately. To say Thankyou, or good luck, or you are amazing, or we will miss you, or congratulations. To be honest they could be useful for any occasion. They come in 2 sizes and I think they look pretty good even if I do say so myself. Would not be sad if one of these turned up at my house, or workplace.

22.01.2022 Cake is sold!!! Today on Insta, cakers from all around the world are uniting to flood feeds with rainbows to raise awareness for Project Rescue Children . This incredible organization rescues children caught up in exploitation, trafficking and abuse. I discovered today that the biggest contributors worldwide to exploitation of children, are the US... and Australia. ... This is a sadly much too necessary campaign and I urge you all to donate directly if you can. Every little bit helps. In addition to donations, this cake is available to purchase today, with 100% of the price being donated to Project Rescue. It's $65 and if you want it, PM the page to make arrangements for payment and collection. This international collaboration was organized by Cas' Cakery and I am very proud to be part of it.

21.01.2022 So today I discovered Snapchat now has an Anime filter and I'm all over it. So good. I look about 30 years younger! Go me! Also, while we are discussing places that the cool kids hang out, over on Insta I'm about to launch a Giveaway of Aussie caker things. Lots of goodies in the package. I was aiming for the moment I hit 8000 but somehow that came and went in a flurry of activity so now I've decided to just go for it. Numbers are irrelevant I tell you!... 18.01.2022 CUPCAKE DAY RELAUNCH!! Big announcement today with cupcake day returning from this week to THURSDAYS!! Ahhh, feels like the old days. Noice!! So if you want us to deliver cupcakes tomorrow, orders close at 6pm tonight!! Delivery from Gordonvale to the Beaches. From next week look for the cupcake posts on Tuesday afternoon.... Flavours this week are.... Snickers Mars bar Maltesers 3 of each flavour in a box. $30 per box. Woohoooo! Love these flavours!

15.01.2022 *post contains public service announcement!! *** Success!! You'll be pleased to know the mac situation ended well and special order Christmas macs were sent out the door an hour ago. What you might not be so pleased to know... Is that I'm now completely booked out for custom cakes until the second week of January!!... Christmas offerings will go up for sale on the 1st of December with limited numbers of each item available. There are still several Teachers Packs available in single and multi packs. See previous post featuring those for details. Have to say I'm overwhelmed by how many of you love my cakes! Thankyou so much for ordering from me and keeping me busy (and sane!). I really appreciate the love.

It's always been a joy to work with them on special events and for Christmas gifts and this year we were determined to make these cupcakes extra special. Lots of gold, lots of Christmas vibes and we think they came out really beautifully.

09.01.2022 Today in look at all of the Christmas stuff leaving the kitchen right now... We focus on the fabulous Jill from simply hampers...simply the best . She has been a big supporter of me for several years now and loves to give me new challenges to create yummy things to add to her gorgeous hampers. This year we've gone with salted caramel sauce in these cuuuuute jars and some cookies in the perfect colours to compliment her beautiful packaging.... While we are talking all things Jill, I also added a pic of our Christmas cupcakes in the mix because Jill is the person behind our incredibly awesome new ribbon so I'm showing it off every chance I get. How good is it!! Let's all ignore the fact that I boxed the cupcakes themselves upside down. If you've ordered from Jill this festive season look for one of our sweet treats. You may be one of the lucky ones who get a delicious addition from me!!

01.01.2022 And we take a short break from Christmas goodness to show you this incredibly fun cake I made this weekend. When you turn 80 you deserve a cake that features a few of your favourite things. Not going to lie... I had no idea how I was going to get sewing, playing cards, caravans, music and flowers all onto one cake without it looking like I had thrown random things at it.... Really, really happy with the end result! A vintage delight. Hope you like it too!
