When the water level is deep enough to cover your belly and you have room to move as needed, this can be a great option to help you stay at home comfortably and as long as possible. 08.01.2022 What I'm currently seeing in my practice are high levels of stress, extreme muscle tension and discomfort, irritability and restlessness. Which can all be linked to the current state of the world and what we're facing . There are many uncertainties and unknowns. Many questions and concerns left unanswered. Elements of confusion, conflict and division . With a victim mindset, you are powerless. Stuck with whatever comes your way, unable to choose or change anything to ma...ke a difference. But can I encourage you, you always have a choice. Yes, there will be consequences; that is life. That is how we learn to grow, mature and succeed. Right now there are many elements we can't change, things put in place for one reason or another regardless of our agreement or not. Distraction = Distortion If we look at what is going on through our hurts and victim mindset, it divides, it triggers fear, we feel hopeless and out of control . Let's flip it... There is always a flip side. WHAT CAN WE CHOOSE? Being aware and making a choice empowers you . I want to encourage you today to take note set some uninterrupted time aside (don't let being "busy" & distracted rob you from your healing. We get to choose what we do with our time and where we invest it) and think about what you're thinking about and believing in this time. Write it down, get into as much detail as you can about the thoughts, beliefs, feelings etc. Acknowledge it all, do not fear it, do not be ashamed of it... Face it with love and gratitude.
