13.01.2022 We often get caught up in the ‘events’ occurring within and around us. The quickest way to shift all energies from less than to a more uplifting vibration is a little bit of humour. (Smashing a plate is awesome too- it shatters old matrices ) The ability to have a little laugh not at the expense of ourself or others ( that’s ego in play ) but at the unnecessary energies we may be spending or depleting ourself in by being caught up in , whatever they be is vital. I still see certain behaviours appear before me but I always have a choice in how I choose to either respond or react. I choose love as often as is possible. 07.01.2022 Many many people over many years have asked me ... ‘ what is this all about ? What truthfully is the reason for me coming down to earth to experience all that I’m seeing or going through ?’ My answer that reflects my Truth , my Higher Self is .... To gain the mastery and become once again the master of all our thoughts. ... Once we choose to become aware , to take responsibility and choose wiser and more loving and compassionate thoughts for ourself and for all we master the outcome we witness and exierience. Mastery of our thoughts equals mastery of our emotions. Our Self IS and has anyways been vibrating at the highest level of love and peace , we simply chose to create another experience of a lesser than love consciousness that overlays , much like a ‘fog’ , the greater Self that has always been. The Self never left us , we simply forgot it’s presence as the density of our personal fog intensified. Our peaceful neutral Self remains available unto us all in every moment we choose to remember. It s presence All ways has been , and all ways will Be. Now is the hour of remembering such Truth and simply choosing to allow yourself to align to your Higher inherent sovereign state of Being. The breath , choosing to breathe and then choosing to Be still and breathe some more , the simplest and most effective way to still oneself to the feeling and alignment that is the greater Self. Do not think your way there , you will continue to get or be lost. Confused even more. Frustrated. Ohhh that mental headspace , guided by the lower ego. No you must feel , breathe and repeat , and repeat. Retraining yourself away from the old mental habits. That IS all. Your willingness to try a d then Be. And then so it shall Be. The choice is ours.

05.01.2022 The 5D journey of awakening and transition occurring right Now from 3D to 5D is all about the conscious choice we each have in every moment to raise our thoughts , words and actions from anything that maintains us in judgement and or separation toward the hearts higher vibrations of oneness , understanding , allowance , acceptance , compassion and love. There is no hurry , there is no definitive time, space or correct way of achieving remembrance. We are the remembrance awa...iting our return. Our awakening journey has been individually encoded deep within our cells and DNA and all is in divine and perfect accord and alignment when and as we choose to remember. It is the ego that discriminates , judges , compares and competes in its need to achieve or reach a goal or outcome. It fears ....missing out , getting it wrong , not being part of the group , failing, ..... all fears. Becoming aware of all that is raised or reactive within you allows you the moment to be more kindly and accepting of and toward the self first and foremost. Acknowledging all aspects of the self that are ready to be raised and aligned to loves vibrational essence once again. As we gain in our innate wisdom that ALL is truly ok , that there is no timeline or knowledge we must attain , that we will all reach the vibration we have contracted to and signed up for in this lifetime , in that moment of consciousness we can then allow through the gift of grace and understanding the same for every other soul transiting these current frequencies of time and space. And so it IS. Ahhhhhhh

04.01.2022 Personally I prefer not to use the word ‘protecting’ these days as the protection intention is often based in and from fear. I Now choose to use the word maintain or the maintenance of. As we awaken and evolve , where once we would hope or expect if the attitude or behavior patterns of another or others would change then and sometimes only then would we believe that we would be able to find our sense of peace , live a happy life , and or not be affected. It’s all about t...hem. In our personal evolution however we quickly become aware of the Truth that we are in Truth the creator of all the we witness and experience in our being and world. That we are in Truth projecting our shadow , less than love energetic beliefs out into the universe and all beings who ‘trigger us ‘ are merely playing out their role in our awakening process. ( they too have a personal expansion opportunity but that is up to them and their soul path ) That said the buck stops with us. To evolve is to own the Truth and take back ones personal power away from projection and blame. As we learn to own and accept our inner imbalanced less than love narratives , the ‘triggers’ we create as our wake up and pay attention moments begin to settle or completely disappear as our inner balance returns and vibrations take their quantum shift toward the hearts senses of contentment and peace once again Everything is truly energy.
