23.01.2022 1992 Bermuda elopement. That there, in the arresting aqua blue trench dress, is my fabulous Aunty Lyndee. She, and her tuxedo-clad husband, Ashley,... eloped to the Coral Beach Club almost 30 years ago. They arranged a minister, witnesses and a photographer only a few days prior. I’m pleased to report that Lyndee and Ashley are still as happy as ever... and that Lyndee still has a killer set of pins! And so, even if your ceremony is an intimate affair, dress up and hire a pro photographer to capture the occasion. Decades later, you’ll love reminding yourself of how fabulous you looked and felt.

We had an instant connection and she was telling me all about Kyle! Well years later I got to marry Kirby and Kyle! 14.01.2022 Here are my beautiful mother and handsome father on their wedding day. Today would have been my parent’s 63rd wedding anniversary! They were married on 11/05/1957, just as ballerina-length dresses were coming into fashion. A lovely touch are the short white gloves! My Nana is also in the photo, looking over mum’s shoulder. My Nana’s friend made the dress.... Has anyone else had their dress made by a friend or family member? Does that happen very often these days? Mum is even more beautiful today! Love you, Mum!
