17.01.2022 Shout out to Dogs NSW. Applied last Wednesday for puppy registrations/pedigrees and they came today. That's less than a week. Very impressed.

10.01.2022 Enquiry & Bookings update. 2/12/2020. We are now fully booked until Xmas for animals on most of our services. The few spaces we do have left are expected to be... more than filled from the 300 plus enquiries we are still working through. We resume all routes in January progressively with pick ups southbound from the 3rd January in QLD, 5th January in NSW and we are in Melbourne from the 7th January for deliveries and Northbound collections. We are currently taking bookings for all routes in the new year but have already booked out for the first week on the southbound route into Victoria. With many borders now reopened we do expect that there will be more opportunities for pets on the increasing interstate flights and would encourage those with more urgent enquiries to consider contacting flight based pet transporters. There will clearly be clients that we cannot help as quickly as they would like/need. For those that just want a rough idea of cost check the pricing page on our website first and then send an enquiry for the New Year if still interested. All new enquiries should be done via the Enquiry form on the website at https://dogmovers.com.au/enquiry-form/ Enquiries via Facebook, quick notes to our email or by phone message typically can take longer to process. They are answered in the same order as those coming in from the enquiry form but often we do not get enough info from these messages to provide a quote without further communication which slows the process further. Enquiries regarding bookings already in the system or animals onboard should be via email to [email protected] or via phone message, these are being sorted and dealt with as they come in and will always take priority over new enquiries. Thanks, Dave, Sierra and the Dogmovers Team Previous update. 23/11/2020. We are now fully booked until Xmas for animals travelling from QLD and NSW southbound into Victoria. Limited spaces are still available for animals travelling southbound into South Australia. Southbound spaces are still available between QLD and Sydney via our Pacific, New England and Newell Highway routes. Spaces on our North QLD services are limited in both directions. Northbound spaces are still available on most routes however many of the remaining routes will typically be expected to be booked up till XMAS by early December. Previous Enquiry & Bookings update. 18/11/2020. Whilst we have been limited in our ability to respond quickly to new enquiries by the large number coming the situation is constantly improving but it is still taking a few days for responses to most enquiries. I think it will pretty much stay this way until the VIC-NSW Border reopens and more flights resume taking some pressure off all the Road based transporters. Recent developments in S.A. have not had a major impact yet. There are still some runs that are booked up to 3-4 weeks ahead, primarily this affects southbound bookings into Victoria with our earliest spaces available into Victoria are mid December right now and we would expect to be fully booked up to Xmas within a week. Again, we expect this to remain an issue until the VIC-NSW Border fully opens.

06.01.2022 Puppy's 8 weeks old today. 3 boys and 1 girl. Due to corona virus we are taking precusions to protect all parties. This is a great time to spend lots of time with your new puppy. Puppy's come with puppy folder and puppy starter pack. Vet checked, micro chipped, wormed, vaccinated, registered Dogs NSW and well socialised.

05.01.2022 Enquiry & Bookings update. 02/10/2020 While we are still being hampered in our ability to respond quickly to your enquiries by the large number coming in the si...tuation is improving. It is taking around a week for many enquiries, however we are working hard to make sure we are up front with everyone about that and doing everything we can to limit it. I think it will pretty much stay this way until the VIC-NSW Border reopens which feels like it is still about 6 weeks away at least based on the Roadmap set out by the Vic Govt. There are still some runs that are booked up to 4-5 weeks ahead, primarily for southbound bookings into Victoria. The earliest spaces available into Victoria are at the end of October right now, which is actually an improvement on what it has been for a while. We also expect this to remain an ongoing issue until the VIC-NSW Border opens. The image shown below displays the expected wait time for those routes for clarity. There will still be clients that we cannot help as quickly as they would like/need. The best we can offer is to try and answer as quickly as possible with a clear date expectation for each enquiry and we will probably have to give an outright Sorry, cant help you response to more people to avoid getting back into the same situation. All new enquiries will still need to be done via the Enquiry form on the website at https://dogmovers.com.au/enquiry-form/ Enquiries via Facebook, direct to our email or by phone can typically take longer to process. We are also now operating a separate priority enquiry stream for breeders that have previously worked with us. We have these regular clients details on hand already plus they typically know exactly what details we need about their clients and are used to our booking confirmation process so it can be more efficient for us to work directly with these breeders rather than with all of their buyers separately. 03.01.2022 The level of scam ads has reached huge proportions to a point where now when anyone wants to do a check on an MDBA breeder we have new policies in place to be as sure as we can be that the person who is advertising is actually one of our members. We are getting around 6 calls a day that identify scams. They use a variety of ways to do this but all members have an ID card and most times showing your card is fair evidence you are who you say you are. However, there is at least one who has been using photos of our members cards to run a scam and people looking for puppies need to be aware of this as already some have lost a lot of money. Needless to say the police and fair trading have been notified. Do not buy a puppy from this person - even if they show you an MDBA member card photo. https://michellepuppies-connection.com/
