22.01.2022 I hope everyone had a lovely long weekend and is ready to get back into the swing of things! Thought I'd share some motivation for the week. This is definitely a lesson that is tough to learn but is so important and so freeing!

08.01.2022 Hello & goodbye for a short time! I’m heading off on maternity leave from ... now! I’m expecting my first child in the coming weeks so I’ll be adjusting to a different kind of role. Lovelly Communications will continue running with lots of fab content coming as managed by my gorgeous team. But for the next few months, I won’t be taking any clients into my personal branding programs. ... I’m sure I’ll be jumping back on to say hi in the Live & Love your Brand group, and sharing from time to time - I won’t be able to resist. 03.01.2022 It’s 2021. A New year and chance to reconnect to ourselves. Let’s be honest, last year threw us more than a few curve balls. It was a real game changer for many people and made us evaluate and review what’s truly important to us. Perhaps you realised that the direction you’re heading in isn’t right for you. I’m not a big fan of new year’s resolutions but I am a fan of setting a goal for future and working towards it. Now is the time to be saying, what do I want for my futur...e and where am i going?. This reflective process isn’t always easy to do on our own. It takes some digging, challenging some of our preconceptions about what life is meant to look like and getting real with ourselves.
