21.01.2022 We want to share our latest find on the farm. To date our biggest double yolk Chicken egg weighed in at 101 grams but some young Sussex pullet in our pullet pens managed this whopper yesterday. It originally weighed in at 144 grams but now weighs 143 grams. I didn't hear any screaming but I just about could scream for her just looking at it! We will be having a one egg omelette for breaky this week and we will keep you posted on how many yolks we find.

17.01.2022 Another big day for us. Dempsey Bailey Memorial Combined Feature Show in Caboolture. 750 entries 80 of them Sussex with 11 of them ours. We only entered some Sussex but we want to share some pics of a few of our place takers. 08.01.2022 All our customers waiting patiently for our next batch of Wyandotte to hatch. They are arriving as I post. What a mixed lot we have Gold Laced, Blue Laced Gold, Buff, Splash, White....and we are still collecting the Gold and Silver Laced to catch up on wish lists. For those waiting for our Barred Plymouth Rock they are hatching daily and will be sold as sexed chicks as soon as they are feathered and out from under the heaters.
