22.01.2022 Looks like a recent update on our website has caused some glitches. Many of our fronts are not appearing as options. I am working on fixing this as quickly as possible but with 3 sick kiddies & coping it myself I am quite slow at the moment. If you wish to place an order please check the photos for the listing to see the font choices for the labels style & pop you choice at the beginning of your list of words or in the notes on checkout. 21.01.2022 There has been a lot going on behind the scenes here at Lovely Label Co & this mumma is feeling the pressure. 3 kids under 5, changes to bubbas hip brace, a new childcare centre, primary school transition classes, sick kiddies, sick mumma + renovations have all been a little bit too much. I am still here working away on orders & replying to all your messages as quickly as possible.... Orders are taking a little longer than usual, especially custom designs. Over the next month I will continue to be less present on our social media as we get ready to move. Please be patient. 20.01.2022 Just a little house keeping post Please be aware that once your orders are placed we can not allow changes. It is very disruptive to our process & creates delays, not just for your order, but the others waiting to be created. We are unable to update changes to your order online so we have to physically sort through all the order printouts that we have, find your order & makes notes. ... To you this may not seem like a big issue, its just a small change. But when you have hundreds of orders waiting to be created it is a big job & if everyone requested this it would be utter chaos. We try to be as accommodating as possible, if we can make the change we do, but if we cant please be understanding. We are a small business, but we are also a very busy business & do our best. 20.01.2022 Lovely Label Co will be close for the next few days. Unfortunately the kids picked up a horrible virus a few weeks ago & I now have it. After 4 days in bed I am really not improving much so need to spend the next few days focusing on getting well.... All orders will still be processed in our normal time frames, I just wont be responding to messages or emails until I am well enough. Thanks for understanding xx

16.01.2022 Its that wonderful time of year again when all the cold & flu bugs are coming out of hiding. For the last month it has been one kid after the other here feeling yucky. Mummy has been hit hard too. We didnt vanish, we are still here & I will try to keep the posts coming.

15.01.2022 Glass jars are super popular at the moment. We have had so many customers after labels for them. What is your preference, glass, plastic? Personally I am loving my new Click Clack containers. The weight & issues with small children & glass got a bit much so am very happy with the change I have made.... But glass does look great

12.01.2022 It not as big an issue as this error on the $50 it but can be very upsetting. Please remember to check that you have typed your list of words exactly as you would like them to appear. If we notice an error we will fix it but we cant check everything. Capital letters, spelling, grammar all need to be checked before you place your order to ensure your labels are correct.... You dont want to look at an incorrect word everyday.

11.01.2022 Important Information regarding ordering labels in JULY You may have noticed that we havent been very active on our social media accounts lately. There is a reason for this. We have been super busy with orders flowing in & also planning our new office space & some exciting new lines. The bulk of this work will be done in July which means that our turn around time will be longer. Any orders placed during the month of July will have a turn around time of approx 4 weeks. We wil...l try our hardest to get them completed much quicker but we will be working from my kitchen table during this time & also completing the reno work ourselves. There will be no rush orders available during this time. If you will be wanting labels to use in July or early August order ASAP!

We are busy working & getting them out so tracking number have not been updated for a couple of days but will be tonight. Small business has been hit hard during the Covid-19 crisis & many wonderful small & handmade businesses have unfortunately had to close. While we are feeling the effects of the crisis, we are still open & processing orders as quickly as we can. We are a small, family business & we operate from home. Our last day for Christmas orders will be 30.11.2019. All orders placed after this date will be completed as quickly as possible. ... They may arrive in time but we can not guarantee delivery by Christmas. So get your orders in ASAP.

06.01.2022 Many of you would have noticed my social media presence over the last few months has been pretty non existent. I mentioned a few months ago that I would be less active due to renovations & moving but unfortunately that isnt the reason that has kept me away. Becoming pregnant with my 3rd child in 2017 was very hard. It caused a flare up of a pre existing medical condition & it hasnt settled. My immune system has been effected, & everything my kids bring home from childcare I... get x10. Since July of this year I have had one horrible bug after the other. Currently I am down with Pneumonia + Tonsillitis, which is keeping me mostly in bed. I am very run down, exhausted & quite honestly sick of being sick. Please know that my work & customers are very, very important to me. I put everything I had into building this business & am so proud of what I achieved & the amazing customers I get to help everyday. I am getting though your orders as quickly as possible with the help of my family & truely appreciate your patience & understanding. I will be taking a week off from 17.10 - 23.10 for a much needed family vacation. My wonderful sister & brother in law are coming with us which is an amazing for the kids & gives us an extra hand with them which is always super appreciated. Hopefully I will come back refreshed & healthy. Our renovations are still underway & the move looks to be in the not to distant future. We also have some exciting changes for Lovely Label Co coming in the next few months. So bare with us while we get through this difficult period, it will be worth the wait. Karlie xxx

06.01.2022 Even though making labels & decals is my job, I still love it. Gave our metal tree skirt a bit of a makeover on Thursday. Lots of work but love how it has turned out.

06.01.2022 CUSTOM DESIGNS For the next month custom designs will be closed. We will advise when they are open again. Custom designs take a lot of time, with the messaging back & forth, specified dimensions, font choices, colour choices & design approval, etc. ... Unfortunately with the large influx of orders & the changes to our family life, something has to give & custom orders are the best option. All our current designs are available on the website & you can of course still create custom lists for these. Please message if you have any queries as we are always happy to help. But changing office storage & furniture will make for a more organised & productive place when I am done Keep your eyes on our pages this week.
