20.01.2022 With a to-do list a mile long I’ll be filling my diffuser with allllll the peppermint & wild orange I just love this combo to get me up and about in the mornings. Hint: it also works on the kids if you have any stragglers I’ll be going to for motivate roller too. What’s your favourite oils to help you ‘get shit done’? But first....... COFFEE Happy Monday xxx
19.01.2022 After looking after 6 kids yesterday (okay, 4 belong to me) I was looking for my ‘clarity’ roller today. Roll over temple & back of neck for an instant energy boost! Should have applied it BEFORE I took them all to the park by the fabulous @indi_and_bear
16.01.2022 Anyone else overcommit themselves by signing up for a marathon when currently you can only run around 5k? Nope? Just me then Well now that I’m in training mode these guys are my best friend It’s a natural alternative to deep heat as it soothes and cools sore and tired muscles. It means I can actually get out of bed & walk the day after a run ... It’s also fab for period pain, growing pains, tension headaches & can help with arthritic pain. We love this stuff in our house So..... anyone out there have any tips for how I can train for this marathon? I have 6 months. Please tell me that’s long enough
