Elopements are my favourite thing ever" then when they changed their mind & decided to throw together a full wedding in 8 weeks, I was like "Girl, you're crazy, but I'm still in!!" Haha. 22.01.2022 Today is Valentines Day, it is also International Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Day or "Sweetheart Day". This is one of the faces of CHD. My 14-year-old daughter. My CHD warrior.... Mid-November last year, this beauty contracted Bacterial Endocarditis, with no warning. It almost took her life. She underwent her 12th open heart surgery on the 10th December 2019. She was finally discharged only a few short weeks ago on the 27 January 2020. She has still not returned to school. She is alive. She is strong. She is powerful. 18.01.2022 Formal photos don't need to be boring! Best Cowboy of 2020 goes to James, who didn't want your standard run of the mill, stand in front of a bush at the same park everyone goes to, photos. So we took a stroll through the cow paddocks of his family farm, climbed on some tractors & threw a football around. All things that filled James' senior year when he wasn't studying hard & fulfilling school captain duties.... Do you want your formal photos to reflect you? So do I!
