21.01.2022 Often when we have extra time, when we are not as busy with all the distractions, things come up... things we have pushed down or pain we have numbed for so long. . And suddenly we find the busyness is no longer there to cover it up. .... This time we are in has the potential to be a beautiful growth period for so many of us. If this is happening to you, don’t be discouraged my friend. If you’re feeling the prompting to take the brave journey inward, I salute you and your great courage.
