20.01.2022 If someone disagrees with you, or criticises you for how you live your life, remember it has absolutely nothing to do with you. So DO NOT take it personally. Nothing other people do is because of you The Four Agreements ... All people live in their own dream world in their own mind. Each one of us living in completely different realities from each other. We can never really know how another is experiencing life. Nor should we have any option about it. When another person says they are displeased with you in someway, we often take their critical opinion like its a vile of deadly poison. Down the hatch in one gulp! As their poison takes hold of our minds, we begin defending ourselves. But remember, we live in different worlds. How could you ever be offended by another person’s hypothesis about you? They don’t really know anything about you or your reality!! At this point should you decide to argue with this misguided person who’s theory is ill informed, & is acting like a fool, you will be a fool too. You do not require the approval of any other person other than yourself. You do not need others to agree with you so that you are right. To argue or try to convince anyone to come along with your point of view is a pointless exercise. Let it go: Live the life you want to live. Be who you want to be. Believe what you want to believe. Do what you want to do. Seeking contentment & fulfilment. Love & accept yourself. Stop justifying yourself & your choices. And allow all others the exact same freedom.

20.01.2022 There is a saying that goes something like whatever you run from chases you I don’t know who first said it but I am sure it’s true. For me accepting & facing what was, was the catalyst to miracles in my life. Everyday I strive to share this with my clients. Where ever you go & what ever you do... you are taking yourself, your story, your fears, & your sh*t. ... Maybe for you that means facing your childhood trauma, accepting a relationship is over, owning your insecurities, admitting you have an addiction, confessing your mistakes or facing your absolute truth. What ever it is, it’s your sh*t & it’s going to be with you no matter how fast or how far you run away, like a shadow it just travels faster to keep up. Perhaps people choose to face their sh*t because they are brave, or maybe they just stop running from it through shear exhaustion, but regardless of how this process unfolds... I honour those who stop running. It’s incredibly courageous to own your sh*t! (there really is no better word than sh*t for this lol) Today I commend those who turn & face their demons, those who choose to surrender & say: I am not running from you any more because I am not afraid of you anymore Namaste to those who are working through this at present.

19.01.2022 Who gives a rats what other people think? Really? What makes others an authority on your value, ability or worth anyway? Why do we even care about the opinion of the peanut gallery?... Many of the therapy sessions I’ve conducted so far this week have had a similar topic... caring deeply about the opinion of others & seeking the approval of others. Many people put enormous weight on the what others think. Largely because of the conditioning in childhood. But know this, regardless of what others think, it does not make it accurate or true. Trust yourself. This topic of self-belief makes me want to give everyone a big hug & say You’ve got this & I believe in you! But, no... who cares even what I think... you don’t even need my approval or encouragement. You have your very own inner guidance & wisdom. Listen to it & trust it! The Beatles were considered average & were initially rejected by several music promoters. Beautiful Meryl Streep, the Academy Award winning actress was told she was too "ugly" at her first audition (King Kong) In the late sixties many people were declaring that putting a man on the moon was an impossible task & would never happen. But in all of these situations above (and billions of other untold stories of triumph) they just didn’t care what others thought! Public opinion is notoriously unreliable. 16.01.2022 Thoughts become beliefs, & what you believe creates your reality. Step by step you are manifesting your future with the quality of your thoughts. Once you believe it, it is. And trust me, if you think a thought often enough for long enough, you will begin to believe it is true. The secret to having it all, is believing you already do. And it’s easy because you do. You really do! How often do you speak positively about your wealth? How often do you celebrate your abundance? I ...mean, how many times yesterday did you notice your blessings & feel grateful? Probably not much, am I right? Abundance flows through you & to you in every moment, & abundance is in everything in infinite supply. I am abundant because I can afford whatever I might need today, I have clean air to breath, my family is around me, I have warm clothes, I am well, I have delicious nutritious food to eat, clean water to drink, freedom, a green garden view to appreciate, a healthy body, beautiful memories, my eyes & ears, & happy harmonious relationships. But of course it would take weeks to count all of my abundance. And it would for you too. Simply by identifying your own prosperity, you will begin to believe (accurately so) that you are in fact infinitely blessed. Because it’s true. And the secret to ultimately having it all, is believing you already do. And you do.

So that also includes the type of people you choose to spend time with, the environments you’re exposed to, the topics you focus on & the content you marinate yourself with. All of these aspects are absorbed into your body & they impact on your emotional wellbeing.... What you see, what you hear, what you think about, what you talk about, what you read, what you watch & how these things make you feel... all are absorbed... just like the foods you choose to eat. 13.01.2022 Human beings have three core needs. We NEED to be HEARD, SEEN & LOVED for who we are authentically. When someone is suffering or distressed are you able to LISTEN, OBSERVE & give only LOVE?... Or do you give advice instead? NO JUDGMENT HERE... WE ALL MESS THIS ONE UP OCCASIONALLY! My job is to listen all day. Any advice I share is not from me personally, it’s in a channeled reading from the purity of Source. Psychotherapy is never about giving advice because personal advice is crossing a boundary & can do harm to another. But hey when I take off from work, even I notice at times in my personal life myself accidentally giving unsolicited advice, especially when triggered or uncomfortably emotionally. Because it’s uncomfortable & triggering to see loved ones suffering... right? When we are triggered we are more likely to project our own personal experience onto someone else. We mostly learned to give advice instead of LISTENING, OBSERVING & LOVING when we were little children. When children tell adults that they are suffering most caregivers say something to the effect of: Oh it’s ok, I am sure you’ll be fine That’s not what happened, you’re too sensitive It really is not a big deal I think you’re imagining it You don’t know how lucky you are, there are starving children in the world Stop being negative I am too busy for this today Don’t be so dramatic Perhaps you can hear yourself or your parents in these comments. Our parents & caregivers said things like this to make themselves feel better when confronted & triggered by our pain. Not realising that this (psychological neglect called gaslighting) invalidated our experience & disabled our ability to truly understand our own feelings & to meet our own needs. So... now when we see someone suffering, we just run the subconscious programming & we invalidate others. We repeat what’s been modelled to us. It’s not easy to break this habit, because the ego will be desperate to react. The ego will be bursting at the seams to say Oh what you should do is ... or What I would do is this... When this happens... just breath, deliberately hold a loving supportive space, actively listen & observe... you’ll be so glad you did. And so will the people receiving this. And you’ll be breaking a cycle of habitual gaslighting that perhaps has been in your family for generations. Don’t worry if you sometimes forget, I do, & we all do from time to time, just keep practicing new ways of responding without offering advice.

11.01.2022 A few weeks ago a client gifted me these daisies that she hand picked for me on her farm. There really is nothing like hand picked flowers. So much effort, thoughtfulness & love in every petal. Hand picked flowers are precious & priceless. ... As a mum I’ve accepted many a stemless dandelion head or fist full of foliage from tiny little fingers, as loving payment for working a 100 hour week. The cool thing is, without realising it, my client was inspired by the Universe to assist me in manifesting a desire I had. I have been looking for yellow paper daisies for a few weeks, to go in my ‘bush’ themed guest room. (In my spare time I am passionate about decorating & design, & I use my home & the homes of my family as a creative outlet) My client was unaware that the inspiration she felt in her heart to pick me some daisies was in total alignment with exactly what I had been asking for! ... 10.01.2022 You are constantly receiving guidance. You are NEVER not connected to your intuitive intelligence or the feedback of your own body. There is only ever the important question Are you listening to it?... From living in my very own body for 46 years I have observed patterns & I have learned from them... like many people have. I know that if I dabble in gossip & negative topics I will begin to see the same things presented in the my own life in the days that follow. I know that if I breathe deeply into my heart instead of reacting to someone or something that has triggered me; it will pass, I will feel virtuous & I will be very glad I chose peace. I know that if I watch the News or negative media, it will create a sense of fear within me that always manifests anxiety (sometimes for days) And alcohol & junk food literally suck the energy from my body & leaves me feeling drained & unable to do the things that bring me joy. What do you know? (yet most likely forget or ignore) By using your own experiancial wisdom... simply ‘what you know from being you’... what do you absolutely know 100% is NOT for you? Listen to your intuition!

04.01.2022 Meet depression. Hello, nice to meet you. I am depressed!! My interests are loneliness, criticism of myself & life in general, isolation, exhaustion, insomnia & ruminating over all past negative events My dislikes are human connection, fun or anything that is good for me in general... Imagine if this was how we introduced ourselves, as depression or anxiety for example. So many people have been lead to believe that they ARE their diagnosis, like it defines them & they seem to wear it like it’s a name tag. Depression is not you, nor any other person. You are not depression! Because you are not a feeling, you are a person who creates feelings. It’s not your title, it’s just an incredibly awful feeling. Perhaps the worst feeling of them all. That’s all. And this awful feeling is completely separate to who you really are, that’s why it comes & goes, like any other feeling. We are so much more than our temporary feelings, that rise & fall, moment by moment, day by day, week by week. I personally sometimes ‘feel’ anxious, but I am not anxiety. Today, perhaps look at all of the feelings you are capable of. Begin to become aware of the presence of joy, ease, satisfaction, calm, contentment, freedom, positive expectation & optimism. 04.01.2022 Yes, this cracked me up! I can absolutely relate to this. Yes, Sometimes it is all a bit too confusing to interpret the messages Can anyone else relate? It can feel like the direction, guidance or validation you seek is seriously lacking clarity.... But I have learned over the years that Spirit is never wrong, never trying to bamboozle me, & Spirit never sends me confusing or mixed messages. Never! It’s always us who make a mess of it... Perhaps by being too stressed, or simply trying too hard to get clear guidance from Spirit. But mostly by overthinking or second guessing the pure messages we do receive, & by scrutinising every sign with our analytical, egoistic conscious mind. Sometimes we ask for directions, & when the answers we receive requires some effort or change... we often choose to ignore or deliberately reject the spiritual messages. Just breathe & know that the messages & guidance you seek WILL find it’s way to you! Stop trying, breathe & trust.

02.01.2022 For humans to grow & evolve in this 3D world we actually need to have experiences & as a result learn from them. Your past & all of the experiences back there in it, is in many ways your greatest teacher. It is how we can decipher right from wrong, good from bad, happy from sad, & it is how we know what we want, by having experienced that which we do not want. But once you’ve experienced those happenings back then, & gathered the valuable experiential wisdom the experience... it’s self should simply be discarded & left in the rubble. Unfortunately, we don’t find this easy. In fact for many of us the past can be a major burden, distraction, & a cause of suffering & anxiety here in the present time. Being too focussed on ‘what went wrong’ or ‘what should have been’ in the past can make us feel stuck & hopeless. Fearful that things won’t work out for us in the future. Being triggered, hung up or bitter about negative past events; or on the other end of the scale far too nostalgic about the positive memories, can stop us living fully & spontaneously. This also effects our capacity to appreciate life, & participate fully in the present. If this sounds familiar to you, please know that you don’t need to live in a constant cycle of what was or what could have been. 01.01.2022 When clients tell me about their relationships, it often goes something like this: He makes me feel worthless but I love him I feel like we fight all the time but I love her She goes through my phone, & stops me spend time with friends but I love her He is violent but I am in love... Suddenly ‘love’ is a conundrum? A hurdle to freedom? Just because you love someone doesn’t mean you are bound to them or have to tolerate bad behaviour forever. Heck even if they were the greatest kindest most awesome person on the planet, you still have complete free will & are absolutely free to end any relationship that you desire to move on from. Where & when did we learn that relationships had to turn ugly & hateful before we are allowed to choose something better? Throughout my life I have chosen to end relationships. Some were with partners, friends & close family. I still love these people & there is nothing ‘bad’ about them, we simply wanted different things, grew apart, valued differently aspects of life & were clearly going in separate directions. But there was still love. As Gwyneth Paltrow said Consciously uncoupling As you begin to evolve, often the relationships that once fitted perfectly with your old way of ‘being’ now being to feel uncomfortable, restricting or in opposition to the journey you are now on... but still it can be loving. You can lovingly let go of anything that doesn’t serve you anymore. You can love someone & still choose to end a relationship.
