I felt I needed to point out however, that sometimes the most important thing you can do it STOP. PAUSE. BREATHE DEEP and be still in the moment, because every breath counts as important.

Sometimes I am a total science nerd, sometimes I am all in my woowoo, sometimes I am a hardarse and sometimes I take you floating off into your unconscious to uncover incredible learnings and ascend beyond your limiting beliefs that have shown up in your physical and are holding you back from that which you desire. I can’t tell you what you are going to get out of your time with me, you carry it all in with you and I help you to unpack it all, YOUR BODY HOLDS YOUR SECRETS and your body doesn’t lie!! 20.01.2022 Oh yes we need a little bit of this!! One of the hardest things I ask my ladies to do on retreat is to release their pent up anger it a simple exercise with a pillow and a bed... but for women who have been conditioned for generations to not express their anger and frustration giving yourself permission to release it can be incredibly hard!! If it doesn’t get released though??? The energy of that continues to resonate within your system and can cause unbelievably chall...enges in your life that you would never think could relate!! SO! If you are feeling anger, you and only you can be responsible for how to you chose to express it! My advice would be to grab and pillow and beat the crap out of your bed, or jump in the car crank the music up and SCREAM the pain out!! Whatever you do.... don’t hold it in until it spills forth on some poor unsuspecting innocent in your life!! Then pick yourself up and get on with life!!

20.01.2022 It is EKKA long weekend here in Brisbane :) What do all my local friends have planned?

20.01.2022 So I often get asked... Do you work with Men? Well Yes... but also No. In this area I reserve the right to pick and chose who I work with. ... So, Yes I work with men when I am working with Couples I have worked with their spouse previously and they want to do complimentary work (and their spouse is comfortable with it also) We have a pre-exisiting relationship that I feel comfortable with (we're mates already) I don't work with Men when I don't know you We're FB friends... but not really friends We have a pre-existing relationship that I DO NOT feel comfortable with (and I will be honest with you about that) Why? Because the work I do is very intimate (and if you just read the word intimate and thought Sex, then that's one reason why I wouldn't feel comfortable working with you) I build very strong and connected relationships with my clients, we both have to be ok with spending many hours alone together, having open and honest conversations and there are many elements of my work that requires physical touch. If for any reason I don't feel like we will be a good fit then I will happily refer you to one of my many Male Coaching friends and I expect that decision to be respected.

19.01.2022 Knees! Not generally seen as the most intriguing part of the human form, they don't get a whole lot of attention and are often cursed as we age or they become damaged. But there is a whole lot more to Knee's then you would think!! ... Did you know that in some some people, roughly 1/6th of the population, their knees actually contain neurotransmitters that monitor the weight of the body, and if said body become too light their KNEES actually inform the rest of the CNS that we need to store Mass!! For these people becoming too "Skinny or Light" will actually end in their body arguing the point that they need to be heavier and guess who wins! For these people storing a healthy amount of Mass is a far greater asset to their health then trying to fit into the Skinny Means Healthy parade. Our Knee is part of our Base Chakra and is where energy from the foot, ankle and calf integrates with energy from the pelvis, hips and thighs. When observing the conditioning and alignment of the knee we can unveil Emotional and Energetic impulses relating to your sense of security, risk taking, commitment and community connection. You may be nursing an injury that has more to do with emotional trauma then physical! The Knee does bear the burden of a lot of wear and tear over the span of our lifetime and when it faltered can have a huge impact on our mobility and quality of life. So while we may have a tendency to watch our waistline in the mirror, maybe check in on your Knee's from time to time too :)

17.01.2022 If you have heard me speaking at an expo or event you may have heard me talking about finding energy in exhaustion. I am in no way immune to exhaustion and emotions and the need to stop, breathe and refill my cup. One of the most effective ways to find energy in exhaustion is to use your own body, to release the free the energy stored in your frame. Emotions and consciousness are vibrations and the synergy of emotions encased in our body. ... So when we are experiencing exhaustion (usually a result of mental load) simply by changing the shape of our structure can flood our system with energy. By standing tall and stretching your arms to the sky for just 2 minutes you will charge your body with more life, energy and vitality then anything else can..... why?? Because it is accessing YOU! All of YOU!! Your mind often gets closed off from the energy existing in your body because your mental load has constricted your access to the energy your body already has charged within it..... you just need to learn to free it!! You may not alway be able to get to the beach to sink you feet in the sand and saltwater while stretching your arms up to the sky.... but stretch to the sky anyway. 2 minutes is all it takes to free the energy your body, soul and spirit exists in everyday. #loveyourselfhealthy

We often hear a surprised response to actions that have been made from a place of pain you would think that they were feeling like that. Often seeing who is struggling isn’t always obvious, so even if your friends appear to be doing well it never hurts to reach out and say hey, R U OK? Don’t forget that social media is the highlight reel... not the whole story!

15.01.2022 Today is the day I have been intentionally and patiently waiting for About 8 weeks ago I gave myself permission to take sometime to focus only on the things immediately infront if me and allow myself a little bit of time in my day to be selfish! Oh the scandal! To show-up to work and offer my best to my clients, but also to show-up in my own time and offer the best to myself. ... After 8yrs of hustling with my babies at my heels (oh I have longed for my very own wife over the years), having my hard worked flipped on its head, suddenly becoming a homeschool mum and taking on an extra list of to-do’s I figured a few walks on the beach, chasing a few waterfalls, some time spent researching a new car, exercising for the joy of it instead of fitting it in immersing myself back into my NLP, Timelinetherapy and Hypnosis studies, catching up with friends I haven’t seen for ages and reading for the joy of it would be worth investing in. So, I very intentionally looked at my calendar and said Wilson... give yourself a break, a couple of hrs of play each week will not damage your business. Aug 3rd is soon enough to hit the hustle button again! You want to know what happened? ticked more things off my list then I had on it, LOVED MYSELF HEALTHY again, have been told repeatedly that I am glowing and happier and enjoying creativity again and without meaning to have created my entire ASCENSION program before the date I was even meant to start working on it!! It’s amazing what giving yourself a little space will give back to you. I was even itching to dive back into a few things and had to hold myself back! So here I am writing in my Conscious Creation journal for the first time because it’s Aug 3rd and I am rested, grateful and hankering to hustle again!

14.01.2022 So they say that when a woman drastically changes her hair something big is about to change in her life...... This photo was taken the day after I cut my long blonde locks off and dyed my hair brown..... little did I know how much change was really going to happen! The smile in this photo was forced and trying to conceal my deep dark secrets and pain. I was struggling to get through everyday but terrified that someone else might see my weaknesses. ... Less then 12 months later, on this day 8 years ago, I officially opened my business with a launch night in my boutique studio in Springwood and my business was no longer just a rented space waiting to be transformed.... it was full of love, life, energy and people ready to put their faith in me From obesity and PND, self loathing and feeling completely helpless to finding health, happiness and my purpose in life and the opening night of my studio!! My growth since then far outweighs the growth it took to get there!! On this night I had shown I was courageous enough to start my business.... yet I didn't even have the courage to stand up infront of the ladies who were there to see me and introduce myself, I sat stuck in my seat and let my mentor run the event...... haha now you can't get me off the stage!! Give me a micro-phone and 800 people and I will happily engulf them in love and inspiration to EMPOWER THIS GENETATION TO INSPIRE THE NEXT!!!

13.01.2022 ENERGY and Activation versus Procrastination. often procrastination can be confused with "I don't have the energy" and can often be consumed by getting distracted with social media, chatting with people about not much at all, eating or even sleeping. We often get so lost in procrastination that we don't even get to enjoy the expereince of it and feel more unmotivated and lethargic after hours of doing not much at all. I have made a conscous decision to embrace procrastinatio...n and go at it 100% so atleast I know I did it well!! the motivation of procrastinating really well can be the exact thing you need to get your butt moving on that thing you have been avoiding. 6hrs into my workday yesterday I didn't have the energy to sit in front of my computer... I did however have the energy to pot 25+ plants, shift 20+ massive pots around my yard and go to bunnings (for more pots...) Today I was getting that same feeling, I just don't have the enrgy to work on the job right now... I did however have the energy to get excited over every song on my playlist and danced my little heart out. I used the same avoidance stratey in both situations "do something more fun instead of doing the thing that helps my business FUNction" Yesterday I allowed myself the day of mental rest and poured that time into my plants, which in turn gave me energy back. Today I knew I had a limit, this was the tipping point, get it done or get behind. So I let myself dance my little heart out, fully throwing myself into the moment, allowing the music and movement to lift my ENERGY which in turns brings on my minds ACTIVATION and now I can move past the procrastination. my point? Procrastination is not the enemy.... getting stuck there is! ~ know the limits that you can allow to procastinate ~ be all in so you can atleast enjoy the time ~ do something that will get your enrgy levels up and get ACTIVATION happening

Today, I know, this is Authenticity. As I began to love myself I understood how much it can offend somebody if I try to force my desires on this person, even though I knew the time was not right and the person was not ready for it, and even though this person was me. Today I call this Respect. As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different life, and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow. Today I call this Maturity. As I began to love myself I understood that at any circumstance, I am in the right place at the right time, and everything happens at the exactly right moment. So I could be calm. Today I call this Self-Confidence. As I began to love myself I quit stealing my own time, and I stopped designing huge projects for the future. Today, I only do what brings me joy and happiness, things I love to do and that make my heart cheer, and I do them in my own way and in my own rhythm. Today I call this Simplicity. As I began to love myself I freed myself of anything that is no good for my health food, people, things, situations, and everything that drew me down and away from myself. At first I called this attitude a healthy egoism. Today I know it is Love of Oneself. As I began to love myself I quit trying to always be right, and ever since I was wrong less of the time. Today I discovered that is Modesty. As I began to love myself I refused to go on living in the past and worrying about the future. Now, I only live for the moment, where everything is happening. Today I live each day, day by day, and I call it Fulfillment. As I began to love myself I recognized that my mind can disturb me and it can make me sick. But as I connected it to my heart, my mind became a valuable ally. Today I call this connection Wisdom of the Heart. We no longer need to fear arguments, confrontations or any kind of problems with ourselves or others. Even stars collide, and out of their crashing, new worlds are born. Today I know: This is Life!

In what will be an enormous year my heart could not pass by this opportunity to be able to not only help the Mums and Dads of my community but to be able to help them and their kids all have a better understanding of how amazingly unique we all are! The science of PH360 has already changed the lives of so many of my clients, where I typically work with a woman who th...en said, can you please do this with my husband? and then when they see the impact it has not only on their own life but also their relations ship the questions about their kids start flowing! If you are keen to secure your training and start making your way out of hibernation now is the time to do it!! my available times are ... Tues 6.45am Tues 10am Thurs 10am Fri 6.45am Once these spots are gone, thats it!! Concerned about Covid? Even if we go back to the same level of restriction we were on at the worst of the lockdowns we can adapt to outdoor training and keep going within the guidelines. If by any chance we go into full on lockdown and I am not able to continue, your spot will be there for you on the other side and I will support you from home as best as I can :)

11.01.2022 You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere. Why did you spill the coffee? "Because someone bumped into me!!!"... Wrong answer. You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup. Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea. *Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.* Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled. *So we have to ask ourselves... what's in my cup?"* When life gets tough, what spills over? Joy, gratefulness, peace and humility? Anger, bitterness, harsh words and reactions? Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it. 10.01.2022 My emotional anatomy work is something so unique and special. I absolutely love translating what my clients bodies are expressing about their emotions and beliefs. One thing I adore is delivering their face reading, it is an in-depth description of what the unconscious mind sees when we look at their face!! It sounds like total woowoo... but it is simply a translation of the language of the subconscious as it is expressed through our bodies. ... I sent one off today and just got this message in reply I am so blessed that this is work I get to do

10.01.2022 The greatest driver for my purpose in my work is my purpose in life.... my beautiful girls!! My to-do list today was simple: be her comfort and I have been very happy to check that box! ... Never will I feel guilty for stepping out of work for a day to be where my girls need me. Today, that’s gowned up at the hospital with Miss E for a simple day surgery. All is well now and she is doing great

10.01.2022 They were only 5 years older then my daughter..... Today was the first time we (Griffith Psychology students) were actually on campus in the same room together, the majority of our work is online which I find counter intuitive being that we are meant to be learning people and we only interact with people for 10hrs a fortnight! BUT that’s not the point I wanted to make They were only 5 years older then my oldest daughter..... I technically could have been their Mum, ...and Craig their Dad because we have been together longer then they have been in this planet I was the oldest person in the room (tutor included) and as I listened to their Unique points that they were making about themselves (ice breaker activity) I was reminded of how hard life was at 17. Not hard in the ways it is now, juggling full time Uni, work, kids, hubby, puppy, friends and my health... but hard in that way of not fitting in your skin yet, let alone in the world. Hard in that way that you are too scared to share even a little part of yourself because you don’t know what to call it yet. I cringed as I wrote my 36 next to all their 17’s in the age column (ok there was a few 21’s and a 30!) but then I grinned. I had so many unique things I could say that that in itself made me unique. I love my 36 years young life.... it is still hard, infact so much harder in so many ways, but also so incredibly fulfilling. And I like that I can name so many more parts of me I can’t wait to get to know these girls, share stories with them and get some insights for my girls as they grow up in this post-Covid remote EVERYTHING world Loving myself healthy by loving leaning like I never have before.

09.01.2022 When my alarm went off at 5am this morning I woke feeling rested and a sense of mmm yes it is the right time for that then in the studio with my first client I had this sense of my body just feels right, I just feel good Did you feel it?? Can you feel it?? Spring has arrived!! It is time for dancing in the sunshine connected to Mother Earth, barefoot and brilliant! ... Spring brings back the power of light. Light, the relationship of the sun to the earth, is what helps define the seasons. Light has the effect of awakening both the Earth and people. The sun gives light to the earth. Light activates chemicals that promote love. Love is the power of springtime, and as Mother Earth wakes up, she exudes that love. The energy of love is thus reborn in the spring. In the springtime, the Earth is waking up from her dream and everything bursts forth to grow. Think about the flowers and trees, how they awaken and come back to life in the spring. The rains fertilize Mother Earth and help the process of spring evolve. Water also fertilizes the hearts of humans causing the flower of the heart, the tutu to open, so we can become wiser and more beautiful. Our heart is dormant during the winter like everything in nature resting. This is a good thing. It is being charged up to awaken and arise in the spring; as the earth is waking up, we too, wake up.

09.01.2022 There is still a lot of feedback coming in from this podcast and I will continue to share it because it needs to be talked about. Intimacy, I believe is all about self, Into Me I See... BUT it affects every relationship we have. I have had as many men reach out after listing to this podcast as I have had woman reach out. ... Here is a bit about what Joe had to say once the conversation was opened up........ I'm an hour into it and man that is so raw, deep and just fucking awesome You really highlight a lot of struggles men go through even if that wasn't your intent. As men I find micro rejections to be really prevalent in current relationships and those micro rejections all add up. I think the problem is that when it gets to "that point" in a relationship it becomes harder and harder to get out. Its like quicksand, you have to fight for it at some point and with ever moment you let pass the fight becomes more overwhelming. Well done. It takes courage to be vulnerable and one day your daughters will listen to all these things and have a deep understanding of what it means to overcome adversity. The one that really hit home for me was when you mentioned men going in for a cuddle and copping a feel. I HATE being told that all I want is sex. It's actually really demeaning. But again that comes back into the different love languages. I suppose I never actually processed that they genuinely believe that. I really liked how she pointed out with post natal depression that men just don’t understand it. Which I don’t want to be a cop out but when my wife went through it, I just didn’t know what to do. Unfortunately most of the time when we don’t know what to do... We do nothing. it needs to be spoken about more!

08.01.2022 It sometimes feels impossible right? Juggling ALL THE THINGS! Particularly when we are thinking along the lines of Health, lifestyle and Balance.... Everywhere we look there is another influencer or expert telling us that this is what we NEED TO DO everyday in order to feel good, be healthy, live longer etc etc. BUT what if I told you that we actually all have different priorities to health and it all comes down to our genetics?! For me, Food and exercise are actually waaaay down the bottom of the list for my health priorities! Ironic right seeing as how my business started out as PT and Nutrition Coaching! when my health is taking a bit of a beating and I need to crank it up a bit I have to start with my mind and then my social elements. What is cool is that we are all different and by knowing which priorities we would do best to focus on, we can let the other things for a bit and not beat ourselves up about it, once our top priorities are met we will feel stronger and in control and can pick up the other elements again for more easily. This one element of understanding our epic-genetics has been such a huge game shifter for myself, my family and my clients! Hit me up if you have any questions :)

08.01.2022 This time 8 years ago I had signed the lease on my first commercial space and was knocking down walls to open it up into a boutique PT studio space. Wow time does fast doesn't it!! We're not in that space anymore, my name and branding have changed, my services had developed and I have grown SO MUCH and yet my mission has stayed exactly the same! ... My purpose it to Empower this generation to inspire the next so that together we can positively impact the lives of children who will be born 3 generations from now. 04.01.2022 I have spent the day (6hrs) at my laptop working on my new business model, it is fun and exciting but also far from the kind of work that fills me with energy!! As import as this kind of work is, adapting my business to the ever changing landscape of this world, I am just not built to sit in front of a screen for hours on end and I found myself dreaming of a retreat I can’t yet plan and reminiscing of the retreats I have had the pleasure of running over the last few years. T...hese sheets are permanently fixed to the wall in my studio, they are the words from the hearts of the women who attended a few of my retreats and I read them all the time. They were anonymous, so I have no idea who wrote what, but I think that makes it all the more special. If ever there was a need for motivation to keep going on the path that god has laid out for me, these words are it!! I don’t know when I will be able to plan another retreat, but I do know that when I do it will be filled with love beyond describing.

In order to resolve it you need to be able to release the emotions from it. The body is an amazing walking talking petrie dish of brilliance! ... E-motions (Energy in motion) simply put ARE chemicals in your body the Energy of which is stored in every Atom of your body (Anatomy - An Atom in me) That energy is your consciousness and you can choose the healing patterns or disease (dis-ease) your body will adapt to. My actions have consequences and will define who I am and people will cast their judgements, good bad or otherwise, on how they perceive me. ... It’s not that I am self conscious - I am not fearful of their judgement I’m just conscious of myself - because at the end of the day it is how I perceive myself that counts

01.01.2022 I know I know I have shared this quote like a bazillion time!! Ok, well maybe 3 BUT I LOVE IT!! For 2 reasons... 1. Wanting to change someone else (external change) is actually not your right, no-one should be should on, trying to force growth from the outside is nigh on impossible, you don’t put the plaster board up before the framework do you?? BUT by planting a seed, a quiet suggestion given from the heart, with no expectations attached you allow the for the opportunity for roots to grow (even though you won’t see it) and you may overtime have the joy of seeing your seed start to flourish into it’s true purpose and it is likely that it’ll be far more glorious then you ever could have forced it to be. 2. When a seed has been planted for you, you yourself have been gifted an opportunity to take that seed and bring forth something of true beauty, shaped by your growth, your inspiration, your energy and your love Be patient with the seeds you plant and grateful for the seeds you receive

01.01.2022 OUCH! OUCH! OUCH! OUCH!!!! Still can’t run or jump but can’t give up on myself either!! To LOVE YOURSELF HEALTHY is to honour your purpose, your mission and your vision even when the conditions aren’t perfect. We can’t always pivot, but we can adapt. It may be painful at times but if it keeps you heading towards your PMV then it’s worth it!! ... Right now I would much prefer to be out in the bush running to the quarry (even with a storm blowing in) then training inside by myself.... but my body has told me that running, jumping and flipping up into a handstand just aren’t an option right now so I needed to dig into the archives for some old moves I had conveniently forgotten oh the pain!! My Lean Mumma ladies would remember these from the good old days..... I will gladly re-forget that these exist when my calf muscle is good to go again! Excuse the bad launguage and round #5 or 6 where I just totally flake out and my family all having a chat
