09.01.2022 #ThroughfulThursday Today I am feeling exhausted. I gave myself time for self reflection. 2019 I feeling I didn’t get the best start. Already got a few things wrong. I really want to make a difference in this world. Make a difference to be kind to myself and others. I plan to make changes with being a parent, family, friends, friends/work colleagues, my health and wellness. I don’t blog to get attention. I blog for self motivation and to be accountable. 06.01.2022 Fight Back!! It has been a mindset set back these last few month. Then Christmas celebrations and I had gain back on a few kgs. Two many negative voices and my ego telling me lies. It’s time to fight back. I have been on target with my physical exercise. I am on day 6 of my Weigh Loss cleansing and Nutrition programme with Isagenix. I have already lost a few kgs.
