18.01.2022 Move aside Chocolate Rice bubbles w/ milk, we've got @jodiskitchen 's Choc Rice Bubble Slice for breakfast Check out her no-bake slice recipe below or on her original post @jodiskitchen RECIPE 2 & 1/3 cups Rice Bubbles 1/3 cup @loving_earth Hazelnut Chocolate Butter... 1/3 cup Rice Malt Syrup 1/4 cup (heaped) @loving_earth Cacao Butter, measured before melting 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Extract Pinch of Fine Himalayan Pink Salt Heat cacao butter, syrup and butter until melted and stir until smooth, allow to cool to room temp then stir in vanilla, salt and rice bubbles. Pour into a silicone loaf pan and set aside. Chocolate: 100g 85% @loving_earth Creamy Coconut Mylk Chocolate, chopped 1 tbs @loving_earth Hazelnut Chocolate Butter 1 tbs Coconut Oil Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and butter and stir until smooth, pour over the rice bubble base and pop into the fridge for an hour to set before slicing #foodiefeature

04.01.2022 Chocolate banana lovers, rejoice, we’ve designed this just for you. This recipe is SO EASY but yet so effective. It’s also a great way to use up ripe bananas th...at might have been sitting in the fruit bowl for a smidgen too long. This recipe is taken from our fourth book, Healthy Vegan. Ingredients 3 ripe bananas (300g peeled weight) 150ml oat cream 14 tsp ground cinnamon 75ml maple syrup 150g cocoa powder 50g fresh blueberries handful of mint leaves Prep the ingredients and blitz | Peel and roughly chop the bananas | Put the bananas, oat cream, cinnamon and maple syrup in the blender and blitz until smooth | Add the cocoa powder and blitz again until smooth Time to chill, garnish and serve | Transfer the mousse to a dish or individual serving glasses and chill for at least 30 minutes until thickened | Remove from the fridge, top with the blueberries and mint leaves and serve #chocolate #vegan
