21.01.2022 Attended a baby/kids CPR course last night. It was great for a refresher and to learn some things I didn't know! Some useful info: - Download the Emergency Plus app as it pinpoints your location if you call 000 from the app. In an emergency, you have to provide the nearest cross street which is hard to know in an unfamiliar area! - Some defibrillators have both an adult and kids setting.... - The Poisons Hotline is 13 11 26.

15.01.2022 Completed Covid-19 training. Only took 10 minutes and I got 100%! I found the myths and facts part very interesting!

10.01.2022 Support coordination can now be claimed from Core funding! If you have a plan managed or self managed NDIS plan, or you are a NDIS provider at capacity, I can help you out. Why should you choose my services? - I've had training in support coordination ... - I've provided support coordination since December 2016 for a few organisations including The Benevolent Society and One Door Mental Health - Able to support NDIS participants with a wide range of diagnoses from autism, psychosocial disabilities, MS, and Down Syndrome. - Experienced in providing remote support coordination services having assisted NDIS participants who reside in Canberra, Melbourne, and Sydney. 03.01.2022 I have availability for weekend social and community access support for NDIS participants who are plan managed or self managed. Examples of support include going for walks, assistance at appointments, and companionship. Hourly rate can be negotiated, as I do not necessarily charge the maximum NDIS price guide rates. 01.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart that I wish to advise that I have closed down my business. I have had an amazing journey becoming a business owner for the first time and supporting my NDIS participants along the way. I feel privileged to have entered their lives and guided them to get the most out of their plan. However I have come to realise that it is too difficult to run this business with a baby and with Covid, it is testing times with a business that is mainly face to face and I have had to make the call. Thank you all for all of your support and I wish everyone good health and luck with your NDIS journey.
