And also very caffeinated :D Besides a sneaky shot of espresso this delicious smoothie's got cashew milk, banana, raw cacao, baobab, chia and a pinch cayenne. Best morning fuel for busy worker bees. You could try a new food, take another way to work, do something your secretly scared of, wake up at a different time, pick up a magazine you wouldn't usually read, listen with an open heart to someone else's views, even if you don't agree with them etc. Changing your situation from stuck to flowing is all about opening your mind to different experiences and ways of looking at life. Finding inspiration in the most unlikely of places, and bliss in the little things. Or you could just turn yourself upside down, that always works for me ;)
