25.01.2022 Firstly wishing everyone a happy new year, weve got more stock coming in and new parts which were continuing to test and improving on. The Hot and fast grate has been a great addition to our inventory and we have plenty available. jump to the website check them out in addition to more new recipes well be uploading regularly

17.01.2022 Something weve always wanted to do was smoke an aligator unfortunately for us getting our hands on a whole gator isnt quite as easy as sneaking down to the bayou. our local butcher had some crocodile tails so its the next closest thing! smoked crocodile is very much like chicken and takes on gentle flavours beautifully!! ... Whats the strangest thing youve put in your smoker?

07.01.2022 Weve put the christmas decoartions away.. which means easter is approaching Did you know you can bake in your low and slow ugly drum smoker? We'll be having freshly stone baked hot fruit buns coming out of ours!!

04.01.2022 Chicken satay going onto the Hot And Fast Grate is easy as lighting up a third of a basket of charcoal, allow to come to temperature and you have a great platform to cook on!

02.01.2022 Suasage making is a great way to get the whole family involved in making bbq fun.. or maybe making a mess.. maybe both a favourite of ours in pork chorizo which we smoke gentley! sausages are great because they're full of flavour and dont take hours upon hours to cook!
