25.01.2022 Our environment needs YOU come and help save our native plants this weekend. We meet 7:30am at Funny Dunny to go eradicate weeds at Wunjunga this Saturday..., November 21st. The weather will be perfect and a sausage sizzle on the beach afterwards makes for a great day . Please just come on by if you’re down there this weekend, or RSVP [email protected] for more info. 16.01.2022 Here we are after our AGM. The smiles are genuine because it’s been an awesome year in so many ways. We are so proud of all the hard work everyone has done. We would like to express our heartfelt thank you to : Members, Volunteers, Clients, other support organizations and vendors, Burdekin Shire Council, and NQ Dry Tropics we can’t do this meaningful work without you!!

16.01.2022 Today at the nursery, Tony is propagating Lily pilli cuttings from a tree planted by Paddy Carlsen in 1973. Tony also planted lotus seeds into the water treatment train. We love watching life sprout in all the different ways here

13.01.2022 Monumental effort from the team of dedicated volunteers today!! Literal blood and sweat ...and laughs and music and food. BEFORE, you see the choking guinea grass and AFTER, is the cleared entrance to the dunes where we eradicated some Neem Trees. The beach was breezy and beautiful. What a satisfying morning. Thanks to all who helped
