25.01.2022 Thankful Thursday! Moments like these will put a smile on your face. This week we had a group of 11 job seekers from MatchWorks Nundah visit their local Lowes store for a Lowes Back To Work fitout. ... These ladies were able to try on clothing, with our Lowes staff available to assist with verbal fitting, measurement and styling advice where possible. At Lowes we are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our employees and customers and we are actively implementing all safety protocols outlined by the government and the Australian Health authorities measures within our stores and during fitouts. In the end the ladies left Lowes with a new interview outfit and newfound confidence in their upcoming interviews! Lowes is fortunate to take part in the JobActive and DES government programs which supports unemployed Australians in finding work. The upcoming months will be a difficult journey for all Australians as we try to do our best to cushion the impact of what is happening.
