21.01.2022 BEGINNERS SCHOOL OF SMOKE.. this Saturday. Only 4 places left!! First Steps is our beginners class, you will learn the art of smoking meat and the process that becomes addictive. We will guide you through the basic skills that it takes to point you in the right direction to becoming a Pit Master! Topics covered are : heat control, different smokers, types of fuel, meats, rubs, sauces, techniques and equipment. 07.01.2022 Hey crew, there's only a few spots left so come have some fun with me this Saturday afternoon by attending the First Steps Class, It's $130pp and includes 3 hours of Tuition, food and refreshments. I’ll be taking you thru smoking methods & processes, also meat prep, fire lighting and control, different fire methods, temp control and then plating finished products. Some of the meats/processes I’ll be focussing on are Pulled Pork, Smoked Hot Link Sausages, Chicken Wings via Kettle Kone and Weber Kettle and also Reverse Seared Steak (my new favourite) on a Weber Go Anywhere, add to that plenty of refreshments.
