25.01.2022 COVID| Health authorities are urging anyone who's feeling unwell in the Ipswich, Somerset, Scenic Rim, Lockyer Valley or Toowoomba areas to get tested immediate...ly for COVID 19. It comes after a 68-year-old Ipswich woman was the latest to be diagnosed with coronavirus in the last 24 hours. West Moreton now has three active COVID cases after a man and woman from Bellbird Park tested positive since Friday. It also comes after three women were diagnosed with COVID 19 in Logan and Brisbane's south and a man, who was a security contractor, flew in from Afganistan and then travelled to the Sunshine Coast and on to Toowoomba. 24.01.2022 Just a reminder for all our families that this week is our Bring an Adult to Class week. All of our gymnasts are able to bring ONE family member or friend (over 16 years old) to participate in their class with them. All participants in class need to ensure they are dressed appropriately in clothes that are comfortable to move around in and that all participants have their own water bottle. ... We are looking forward to a fun week of classes as well as our end of year presentations occurring at the end of each class.

18.01.2022 Message From Gymnastics Queensland All Gymnastics QLD Affiliated Clubs are currently operating under a Indoor Sports COVID Safe Industry Plan and therefore are currently not affected by the latest restrictions that have been announced on the 22nd August. We encourage our community to continue following all COVID Safe Practices as outlined in your clubs.

17.01.2022 GATTON FRIDAY AFTERNOON FAMILIES For today all gymnasts and families will need to enter from the main door to the sports centre downstairs before coming through to the gymnastics hall. Our sign-in table will be at the bottom of the stairs to the gym hall and we will have a gymnastics coach or committee member at the front door to help guide you through to the gym hall. Please ensure you are considerate in the car park and follow any instructions from Gymnastics or Sports Centre Staff.

14.01.2022 HAPPY 10TH ANNIVERSARY GATTON Around this time 10 years ago we first opened our doors at our Gatton location starting with 1 day a week in a tiny room. We would like to thank everyone for their support over the last 10 years and looking forward to the next 10 years with you all.

14.01.2022 A few reminders as we head into our final weeks of term 3. Gymnasts must not arrive more that 5 minutes before their class. If gymnasts arrive early they will be asked to wait outside with their parents until their class time. All gymnasts must bring a waterbottle with them to their classes and where possible come dressed and ready for class to start.... All gymnasts, and parents/carers entering the gym hall will have their temperature taken and recorded. Anyone with a temperature over 38.0 will not be permitted in the gym hall. A coach or committee member will be at the entry door to sign all gymnasts and parents/carers in. If there is no coach or committee member at the door when you arrive please wait at the door and a coach or committee member will be over as soon as they are free to sign you in. If you are not staying for your gymnasts class we ask that you ensure you are arriving at promptly at the end of the class time to allow our coaches time to prepare for the next class. In these uncertain times we can only keep operating with your full support and cooperation in these areas.

09.01.2022 As you guys are mostly aware that stage 3 Covid19 restrictions have been moved forward to the 3rd of July. This means parents will be allowed to attend classes. We will be emailing more information over the next week with our updated policies and procedures.

01.01.2022 Just a reminder for our families that any gymnast exhibiting any symptoms of being sick (sore throat, runny nose etc) they will not be permitted to participate in their class. If a gymnast begins to exhibit these symptoms during their class they will be isolated from their class and parents will be contacted to pick them up immediately. We cannot continue to operate unless all families follow these regulations.
