08.01.2022 Part of a Low Tox Lifestyle is being mindful about what goes into your body. Today I started a 6 week challenge to get back on the right path with eating and also to heal some niggling health issues I have. Tonight's dinner was Zucchini Sliders using tomato and zucchini as the "buns, and a side of extra vegetables.
04.01.2022 5 months ago I was looking for ways to make my home environment free from toxins and I was introduced to an awesome company that had exactly what I was looking for. I was so excited about the products and started using them straight away and totally forgot about all the other nasties lurking in my house until my partner grabbed a bottle of spray and wipe out of the cupboard So today everything was evicted from my home for good ... Bye Felicia! ... Now I'm the first one to put up my hand and say cleaning is not in my list of priorities, however having products that are safe to use around my children is, because of their asthma and allergies.
