25.01.2022 Brothers ~ . . I am the youngest of two girls then gave birth to a girl which was lucky as girls were ‘familiar’ to me. I was then blessed with these cheeky boys and what a wild ride it’s been.. .... . Boy mums will understand me when I say, we kinda say some pretty weird things to our boys right!! please take the LEGO brick out of your nose, I’d like you to get down from the roof please your penis is not a hose I don’t wish to be farted on thanks oh gosh . . These two brothers are 3 years apart, with very different personalities but seem to balance each other out perfectly even if I seem to be going grey overnight.. . . Thankful for them to love . Thankful for wine to drink . Thankful for land to roam . Thankful for oils to apply #stressawayessentialoil

21.01.2022 Sunday’s are for Family ~ . . My hubby sent me this pic he’d snapped the other day out at our hay block on an adventure with Sophia. I love it not just because it’s a photo of our girl, not just because it’s a photo of nature but because of the moment captured between daddy and daughter. .... . I love the relationship my daughter has with her dad (even though she won’t let him stand at the bus stop) I love the quirks, the little jokes, the silly behaviour they share together. I don’t always get it or appreciate it but encourage it always. . . I believe our children need to feel like they can be unapologetically who they are with the people they feel the most safe with (don’t we all crave that?). I’ve realised myself that the pressure to conform or to live up to others standards can cause huge damage to one’s self worth over time. Don’t get me wrong, I fail at this parenting gig regularly but if I can encourage my babes through my own experiences I’m doing ok.. . . I love that it enables me to connect with so many other like minded people. I started using YL oils & low tox products 4 years ago for a number of reasons (let’s face it, for everything) and wanted to make sure others knew that we actually have a choice... we can take back the control so many feel like they’ve lost with a huge plus being that you ...get to join the most gorgeous community ever. You know I love to make & gift rollers to others but this beauty is a special ‘mumma blend’ I made for myself.. a gorgeous mix of high vibing oils (these ones increase our bodies frequencies) & botanicals to kick start this new week. .... . It’s funny to reflect back on my thoughts about using Oils in the past.. like how I thought they were really only for ‘burning’ to make my workspace or house smell nice.. gosh if only I knew then what I know now... 02.01.2022 So pretty ~ She releases a very fine cool mist into our space which provides our home with the most gorgeous natural aromas of fruits, herbs, flowers, trees & botanicals with absolutely no need to spray, plug in or light anything synthetically scented or fragrant anymore. I am someone who wants to better support every ‘system’ of my family’s body. 01.01.2022 HYGINE & OUR SAFE PLACE So I have never been one to care if my kiddies had been playing outside and didn’t wash hands before they ate.. I think that’s another reason my children seem to have iron guts.. But seriously, with everything we are facing at the moment we as well as many others have needed to become more diligent.
