19.01.2022 Here’s to 7 more days of holidays..... I love being away from home but mum life doesn’t stop just because your away it just comes with you... I find it more challenging because the kids are out of their normal routine and I can’t send them to their rooms when they are needing time out and away from all the things... It’s funny because I packed my big bag of oils after I culled them and the ones I’ve been reaching for on the daily are part of the kids collection, Calmer, Stro...nger and Rescuer... not only for the kids but for myself ... 12.01.2022 Oils for when you go away....I could take my whole collection .. who is with me? We are heading away for nearly 3 weeks and I think trying to rationalise my oils was the hardest part of my packing .. I decided to cull and really think about the uses for my oil’s when I’m away and came up with this list to help you guys out.... ... Kids; Tamer blend for for all things calming to the digestive system and motion sickness, Rescuer blend for its soothing and calming properties for bites and stings, Calmer blend for its relaxing and restful properties for bed time Stronger blend to keep on top of their little immune systems while we are away! I also use the kids collection when I need to Adult oils; Lemon.. for G&T and to add to my H2O Lime.. as above Frankincense; to help with overwhelm and to promote rest and relaxation, drop on the head and under the tongue to calm my farm! Lavender peace roller to promote deep sleep, Onguard; to refill my sanitisers on the go, bench top sprays and wipes to save buying store brought Shit, Peppermint, lavender and frankincense for a after sun skin soothing spritzer (keep in fridge), Tea-tree and lavender for sticky hand wipes, Citronella, terrarmour, tea tree and lemongrass for refilling my natural insect repellent, I also added fresh aloe Vera from the garden to a pot and added peppermint to make a soothing after sun gel... As you can see some of the oil’s are used in multiple recipes that’s what I love... These oils are so versatile I can interchange if I run out... And of course my @aroma_go diffuser which has my diffuser blends in it... Lavender, vetiver and frank for sleep Terrarmour, citronella and lemongrass for mozzie deterrent Grapefruit and citrus bliss for a energising smell for the van.... Pretty sure that’s it... I got in trouble for over packing as always... I may have slipped balance and adaptiv into my handbag just in case Hope this helps
