19.01.2022 The Loxton Mardi Gras Ambassador journey is well underway for Loxcare and Ken. He together with a band of great helpers worked hard for the October long weekend with the barbeque at Home Hardware and raffles at the Loxton Show; numerous sausages and rissoles as well as raffle tickets were bought by supporters over the three days. Ken is happy as are his support people. Special thanks goes to "Baker" and Deb at Home Hardware Loxton and to the Loxton Show Society for their generosity and support with access to space for the fund raising activities.
13.01.2022 At Loxcare Inc we enjoy support from many different people and businesses. We are extremely grateful to Visy Board carton factory Management and staff, who donate the cartons; that are needed and used by Loxcare volunteers to pack donated clothes and household items into. Then Hentschke Transport carry the full cartons free of charge to Mission World Aid or, Lutheran Community Care, in Adelaide.
11.01.2022 Loxcare is proud to announce that Ken Jaeschke, our Manager of Len's Shed, has put up his hand to be a Senior Ambassador for Loxton Mardi Gras 2019. All that this means is that Ken and a small sub-committee of Loxcare people will be on a fundraising bent for the next 6 months; all donations will be most gratefully received. There will be a Fundraising Facebook page established for Ken to inform of events and progress. Stay alert for info about how you can support Loxcare and Ken.
10.01.2022 Merry Christmas to all people who have been or would one day be a visitor to Loxcare. Enjoy your time of caring and sharing with family and friends during this CHRISTMAS time and into new year. We do look forward to seeing you in 2019.
10.01.2022 Loxcare is ready for Christmas and if you are not yet done, just maybe you will find something at Arthurs Bazaar or in Lens Shed. There are numerous small and large "things " that might suit you and your family. Arthurs is open at its regular times until Saturday 22nd at 12.00 noon then closed until January 2nd 2019, Lens is open until Friday 21st 2.00pm then closed until Tuesday 8th January 2019. We wish for you and everyone near to you a very safe and blessed happy Christmas time, all celebration to be in moderation, relaxed and enjoyed.
