25.01.2022 Another new screen I just made and installed. This one needed to match other screens on the dwelling. I used powder coated window screen, cut and mitred corners, cut down some black satin one way mesh to suit and installed it in frame with 4mm glazing rubber to hold in place.

25.01.2022 Client needed new side gates. Installed the gate frames then clad them with 70 x 19 H3 Treated Pine pickets. Job done!

25.01.2022 Another new gate installed. I use a 25 x 25mm x 1.6 tubed gate frame. I then clad with 70 x 19mm H3 Pickets and cut/curve the top when finished.

21.01.2022 Replaced an old aluminium screen door on this balcony of a 70's build unit in North Adelaide. Part of a group of jobs to this rental which also included screen door mesh replacement, new shaving cabinet fitted in bathroom, some door handle replacement and a door refitted.

20.01.2022 Have not done one of these for a few years now since more go for a p.v.c downpipe, which is a bit more maintenance free as it doesn't rust and is cheaper but not as stylish as a colorbond one.

20.01.2022 1 of 3 new folding clotheslines I fitted in rear yards of new dwellings for client.

20.01.2022 Another screen door rewired. I rewire screen doors (hinged and sliding) and window flyscreens. I also supply and install new flyscreens and screen doors. Call me on 0431 740 780.

19.01.2022 Another new lattice screen framing job. This one went down side of pergola and across rear. Once again I fitted new 50 x 50 galv powdercoated posts between between pergola posts to fix new framing of screens securely. Lattice heights were kept at their standard of 1200mm . I try to keep all frame widths approximately the same for a visual look. Matrix Polypropelene Plastic Lattice was used because of its durability and visual appeal.

17.01.2022 Fitted door vent to bathroom door to give better airflow for exhaust fan in an apartment.

17.01.2022 Vinyl wrapping was badly coming off clients kitchen cupboard doors and drawer faces. So I removed all the doors and took them to get vinyl removed and doors painted in 2 pac (similar to how your car is painted). They did a great job with them as you can see. This works out a lot cheaper than getting doors re made but comes up looking like new. If you have any queries on getting this done at your property, please feel free contact me to discuss further.

15.01.2022 Client wanted a feature type screen out front of his rental property to brighten up its frontage. I got rid of the old letterbox, squared off the post holes to the path (to give a good line of sight for the new screen), cemented in the posts, clad the structure with 90 x 19 Merbau , cut posts to correct height and capped them off. I fitted a new stainless steel letterbox to finish it off. Came up a treat.

14.01.2022 Two new freshly constructed timber fly screens I just finished. Had to match existing fly screens that are on other timber sash windows of a bungalow in Clarence Park. Used Meranti 55 x 18mm for the top/bottom rails 50 x 18 mm for the styles, aluminium mesh and Meranti 19mm half round to picture frame the mesh. Frame was stained with a light oak colour stain to try get close to existing colour. Will fit tomorrow.

13.01.2022 Another clients rental with a leaking sink drain which damaged the shelving. The doors and drawer faces also were in pretty bad condition. I replaced all the shelving in every cupboard, fitted white melamine mdf to backs and sides of all cupboards to give them a newer feel. Trimmed around tops, sides and bottoms of melamine to give it as neat finish. Replaced all doors and drawer faces with new laminate doors, cut and edge to size. I fitted new D shape handles to doors and drawer faces to finish off the the. Another job that came up a treat.

11.01.2022 Clients rental had a leak in the pipework to kitchen sink taps and the tenants had let it go for so long the water had caused really bad damage to the lower shelf and gyprock wall. I pulled out old damaged shelf, framed up the floor to take new shelf, Clad the walls with 3mm melamine MDF to cover the wall damage, fitted new lower shelf and bead to wall cladding to finish off. As you can see from the pics, it came up a treat.

10.01.2022 Installed new lattice screen framing down sides, rear and across front of pergola. Clients were looking to add some privacy to their rear pergola without completely blocking out walls so new lattice ran from under gutter down 900mm (just below top of fence line). Distances between existing posts were too wide apart to simply just install framing so new power coated 50 x 50 galv posts were fitted to centre of each area, allowing new lattice frames to be built from post to post. Matrix Polypropelene Plastic Lattice was used because of its durability and visual appeal. Each lattice sheet needed to be cut down to suit as is only available in one size (2400 x 1200). I then picture framed each lattice sheet with powder coated channel which finished off the work very neatly and job came up a treat.

07.01.2022 Client needed a new kitchen corner cabinet and bench top fitted in one of their rentals.

07.01.2022 A job that came up a treat!!! Client needed new doors fitted to her overhead cabinet, bench top fixed down correctly and new acrylic splash back (Had to build up frame work to suit new splash back). I also adapted, cut and mitred the shelf you see in the corner from an old timber straight shelf client had in shed. Client is painting wall and filling/staining shelf herself

06.01.2022 Unusual shaped bathroom cabinet with water damaged drawers. Removed water damaged bases from bottom 2, fitted new melamine bases, strengthened front of drawer to better secure drawer faces and then re screwed drawer faces back on. Problem solved.

05.01.2022 Client wanted to enclose her carport to fence with one end plastic trellis and shade cloth on top. New structure for shade cloth is aluminium square tubed framing which i had powder coated Classic Cream in colour. Once I constructed the framing/flashings to fence and fascia, I fitted the shade cloth over.

03.01.2022 Bit of rectification work. Truck had hit and squashed this rainhead and downpipe at front of property. Organised new material, removed and replaced old damaged. Just needs a touch of paint now.

03.01.2022 Client needed sliding doors installed to opening so I fitted track and doors then made pelmet to suit on site
