19.01.2022 My sister and I had been saving this wine to drink togetherand we finally did it! . Sitting by the ocean in Byron Bay was the perfect spot to open this bottle, and sit back and enjoy! . The wine is called ‘Sorelle’ which is Italian for ‘sisters’. ... . Because the grapes in the blend - Fiano & Vermentino - can be considered siblings, with common flavours. . 06.01.2022 Don’t you just love seeing a signpost that says ‘winery’and seeing where it leads? . We went for a Sunday drive and found this amazing local winery in the Gold Coast hinterlands! . Here are just a few of the reasons I loved it!... . The vineyard itself was absolutely stunning. . The food was incredible. . There’s a ‘hidden garden’ that my daughter loved exploring. . It’s pet friendly. . Their sparkling wine was fabulous - blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc & Colombard. . Thanks for a great afternoon!
