25.01.2022 CUTENESS OVERLOAD Aren't they just the most gorgeous kitties!!! It seems we have 3 males and 3 females. Tried a bit too early with determining gender lol . However, their cuteness is just the same.... Not ready for adoption as yet, need to be a bit bigger before getting vet work done, so they are enjoying lots of snuggles with their Mum Lady. 25.01.2022 Great news the Girgarre Market is back on this Sunday 8th November starting at the new time of 9.00am. This gives our rescue group the opportunity to fundraise again. All our funds go toward housing, feeding and veterinary work of the animals in foster care before going to their forever homes. All items on display can be either purchased or ordered from, and will be ready within the week.... There will be beds, coats and various other items that will be great Christmas gifts for cats dogs or humans. Can't wait to see you all on Sunday. Come down a grab a bargain!!

24.01.2022 WOW what a day! Hello everyone. My name is Narla and today is my first day in foster care. And what a day. I had a big drive to meet up with my foster carer and so I want to thank everyone that helped me along the way. My foster carer says that I'm the most placid and gentle girl that she has met so I think that must be good. I must say I am quite a big girl but that just means there is more of me to cuddle! I am 9 years old and really haven't seen too much of the world but I just go with the flow. They tell me that I have to have some vet work done then I will find my furever home so I can't wait. But first everyone tells me that I'm having a bath!! ***Narla is not ready for adoption yet but keep watching***

21.01.2022 A BIG SHOUT OUT TO UNITED LASER These stainless steel animal tags were designed and made by Brenton at United Laser, Numurkah. They were then donated to our rescue group to keep our fosters safe and when they are adopted the tag stays with them to have their new owners mobile and name of dog. Thank you very much

15.01.2022 If it's too hot for the back of your hand to be on the pavement for 5 seconds then it is too hot for your pets paws to be on it! Please consider weather conditions before heading out with your dog for their walk as burnt paws and heat stroke is more common as the heat increases. Keep safe in the heat! Walk in the mornings or late arvo when it has started to cool down.... Have plenty of fresh water available for your pet and shade areas for them to retreat to during the day! If you feel as though your pet may be suffering from heat stress, medical attention may be required.

13.01.2022 She came, she stole our hearts and then she was gone! Our big beautiful girl Narla has found a wonderful young couple to start the next chapter of her life with. They just adored Narla from the start and Narla was pretty pleased as well. And as an added bonus Narla now has a rather cute furbrother named Rocky. Rocky was very excited to meet Narla. Narla's new furmum said she had a good feeling when she first saw Narla and we had a good feeling about them. Good luck Narla. We will miss you.

13.01.2022 Update about Lucy who was recently adopted. " The weeks seem to be flying by. Lucy is going along really well, she's eating well and enjoying playing and sleeping. ... We love having her be part of our family, she's getting a lot of attention! Please let Beth know she did a great job with her, she is a very gentle cat and very well mannered. "
