25.01.2022 Earlier today one of our student ambassadors CJ Thom had the opportunity to present to a syndicate of CEOs regarding the importance of providing practical opportunities for low-socioeconomic students like those who receive LPF scholarships. Thank you CJ for continuing to advocate the LPF and congratulations on having the opportunity to speak of this important issue!

09.01.2022 Every year hundreds of QUT alumni make financial donations to the QUT community to help fund scholarships for students in need. These students are those that received Learning Potential Fund scholarships like many of the students we are proud of here on the Chapter. The QUT Student Thank You Day is a day for students to write thanks to those who have given the opportunity for so many people to attend university through a scholarship. Please dedicate 30 minutes of your time between 9:30 and 12:30 on Wednesday 7 September down in P Block to write thank you cards to donors! Its also a great opportunity to spend time with fellow scholarship recipients and get involved in the Learning Potential Fund community!

08.01.2022 Congratulations to our volunteer group led by Kay Feeney, who helped to sell tickets and raise money for the LPF at the QUT Business Leaders Forum. According to Kay, it was a spectacular event and our team helped to raise more money via the raffle than ever before. Personally, I had no doubt, given the calibre of the people involved. Great to be part of this QUT event and great to be supporting the LPF once more. If you would like to volunteer at any of our upcoming events, please let us know.

08.01.2022 What an incredible and inspiring group of QUT Alumni at today's Outstanding Alumni Awards breakfast. Congratulations to Kate Miller-Heidke, the winner of the Outstanding Alumni Award 2016. A few of the LPF Friends and Alumni Chapter took the opportunity to catch up as well.
