I de...cided to contact Toyota on his behalf and I am pleased to say Clinton's Toyota and Toyota Australia has refunded the vehicle. This is a great outcome and shows that Manufacturers can do the right thing by their customers. Well done Toyota ! Maybe other manufacturers can learn by this and also do the right thing.
