24.01.2022 Spending my day off re-jigging the pedalboard... I've used my trusty PedalTrain-3 for a few years now, and she's handled several Australian tours, 6 weeks in Europe and a month in the USA with ease (except one busted case wheel, courtesy of the cobblestone streets of Prague), but I've decided to give this new Warwick Rockboard a try, thanks to the good folks at @scarlettmusicstore Hoping this will be the answer to my need for a lighter pedalboard rig that can also fit vocal fx units (and of course, more guitar pedals )

15.01.2022 Taking today off to recover and appreciate my blues heroes... my biggest inspiration of the past few years has to be Ash Grunwald, who I had the amazing opportunity of supporting back in 2014. More recently, Sarah got me into The Teskey Brothers who we saw at Hand Picked festival last year, bloody soulful powerhouses that they are! So awesome to see Josh Teskey and Ash are releasing an album together in November too. Made sure to pre-order a copy for my dad for father's day, who is by far my biggest music hero Who is your biggest blues influence or hero? Now we're off to see Brisbane's finest blues acts tonight for BASEQ Blues at the Triffid! Happy weekend everyone!
