This matter is out of our control. All rude comments will be ignored. The national call center handles all enquiries for all post offices nation wide including parcel enquiries.

13.01.2022 As many of you are aware, Lightning Ridge is featured in the latest stamp bulletin featuring four new stamps showcasing our wonderful opals. Due to circumstances beyond our control our allocation of stamps was delayed. We have now received most of our allocation. The following are now available for immediate purchase: Mini sheet Blank cover First day cover (gummed) First day cover (mini sheet)... Stamp pack Maxi cards Booklets of 10 and 20 (sheets) Gutter 10 $1.10 pinecone Gutter 10 x $1.10 tooth Gutter 10 x $1.10 moon snail Gutter 10 x $1.10 wood Design set stamps 4 x $1.10 When it comes to the medallion cover Australia Post has only issued 1200 in total for the whole issue Australia wide and they have allocated only 2 per post office. We are desperately trying to source more of these medallion covers from other post offices to meet demand but we are not guaranteed on getting more. We have also only received half of our stamp pack request, and hence it is first in, first served. If you are not sure how it all looks, please come into the post office as we have them to display.
