24.01.2022 I have been off the air waves for quite some time with a medical issue. My journey to recovery is going good and I am now able to return to work gradually. I have to be kind to the healing process and be guided by the healing powers of my body, taking one day at a time. I will be in my office on Tuesday, Wednesday from 10.00am to 4.00pm. On Thursday from 1.00pm to 5.00pm Also by appointment outside of these hours.

11.01.2022 Back to school is just around the corner, so here are a few tips you might like to implement to make it the most enjoyable time for all concerned. *Start now, gradually making bed time earlier Involve children with covering and naming stationery and pens (so they have pride in their new possessions) *Have drink bottle in fridge and freezer the night before. One for recess and one for lunch. *Lay out the School uniform ready, the night before.
