18.01.2022 Rental properties are usually advertised with a weekly rental amount in Australia which can cause some confusion for tenants about their monthly rental payment amount. The monthly amount is not simply the weekly amount times by 4 (i.e. $500 per week, does not equal $2000 per month). Monthly rent is calculated using a formula as there is not an equal amount of days in every month. The formula is weekly rent, divided by 7 days per week, multiplied by 365 days per year (regardless of leap year or not), divided by twelve months = calendar monthly rent, so make sure to run the numbers so you are clear on your monthly rental payments.

18.01.2022 It's time for a monthly update! Last month we had some record leasing results with 34 properties leased in August, making it our strongest month for the last two years. Our highest rent achieved was $2,300 per week for a house and $1,150 per week for an apartment. Of particular note, we leased 65% of all residences at our new project, Sevenways, at Bondi Beach.
