18.01.2022 There is still a glimmer of hope that we may be able to hold some social events later in 2020. After a very enjoyable Presidents lunch at Balgownie Estate in 2019, it would be fantastic if we could visit Grant and the team again in 2020 for an amazing lunch. Fingers crossed

10.01.2022 It is with heavy hearts that we advise members and colleagues that John Miller OAM passed away peacefully in his sleep last night.John was a stalwart of our industry and member of both Les Toques Blanches and also the AGPC (now ACF). He was a wealth of knowledge and gave so much to the Hospitality industry. He was a great friend and mentor to so many and will be sadly missed. Our deepest sympathy to John's family at this sad time. RIP
09.01.2022 We are still hopeful of holding the Award for Excellence in 2020 to showcase the skills of the apprentices in our industry . However, if restrictions don't improve we have a plan B and look forward to bringing this competition back in early 2021. Watch this space......
