So come join us for a full body workout in the intense sport of badminton with the side benefit of meeting new people. 13.01.2022 The Monash University Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health is interested in understanding how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the life of athletes and would like members from the La Trobe University Badminton Club to participate in their study. This important research will provide insight into the health of athletes and guidance to keep us physically and mentally healthy moving forward. Participation in this study is completely voluntary and involves a simple web-...based questionnaire to collect information about demographics, sleeping patterns, training patterns, mental health and the impact of COVID-19. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Potential benefits of participating in this study include: -Athletes becoming more aware of their sleeping patterns and wellbeing -Athletes can potentially use data feedback to inform future programs to optimise sleep, training and mental health -Chance to win gift vouchers between $50-$100 Due to the rapidly changing climate, we would need to collect the data within the next week.
