11.01.2022 Still learning this item, loving what I am seeing so far. Rice, pasta, steaming veggies are able to be cooked in the Micro Urban in the microwave. It comes with a cookbook, and there is also a facebook page dedicated to it with lots of other recipes etc.,

06.01.2022 Used one of mine last night. Heated the food up in a heat'n'eat at 2pm, put in the large one ate some at about 5.45 was really hot almost like straight from the microwave, and left some for a snack at about 7.30 was still quite hot. You can even use them for cold things as well. Great for work and they click together so you could have a 3 course meal.
