Ingredients 400g Green pea powder 400g plain flour 120g powdered sugar (turbo raw sugar at 2 sec, twice) 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 240ml cooking oil - pour slowly until become cookie dough consistency 1. Add in all the dry ingredients, 2-3 mins , sp4. While mixing, slowly pour in cooking oil through MC hole until mix well and become cookies dough. Might need to use spatula to assist in stiring from mc hole. 2. Preheat oven 160 degree. 3. Roll into small balls. 4. Bake for 30-35 mins at 160 deg.
