16.01.2022 A 2005 Toyota corolla sportivo a customer recently purchased and asked for a service and full inspection of the vehicle. A list of services and repairs carried out on this sportivo -Oil and filter change using full synthetic castrol edge 10w-30... -Replaced thermostat due to coolant leak and refilled cooling system using nulon coolant -Brake fluid flush across all four brake lines -Tested battery 430CCA (Tested at 425 CCA, SOH 100% 7.4 ohm, SOC 97%, all ok) -Scanned ecu, found code C0200 (right front wheel speed sensor signal fault). Inspected harness and found to be disengaged. Rewired harness and cleared code, all ok. -Handbrake warning light malfunctioning on dash. Inspected handbrake sensor assembly, found harness disengaged. Rewired harness and retested, all ok. -Reverse light on the left hand side was not working. Inspected globe, no fault was found and so inspected harness and found 12v supply cable disengaged. Rewired and retested, all ok. -Cleaned throttle body from carbon build up -Inspected spark plugs and coils, all ok -Inspected tyres, found front tyres to be more worn than rear. Rotated the rear tyres to the front, all ok. Lubetech Automotive.
